Maganda yung property sobrang maluwag at malinis kumpleto din sa mga gamit pang luto. At very proactive yung mga caretaker ng unit may libreng pabuko pa para sa mga guest. Highly recommended po itong place na to sa gusto magrelax, sulit ang binayad namin. For the owner i recommend na kung pede pa double check ng refrigerator gawa ng hindi na masyado lumalamig yung chiller sa baba.

We enjoyed our stay at this place. The property is easy to locate. It is so spacious for our family of 6. Has complete amenities and kitchen tools that we were able to use. The rooms are spacious and clean.

We had an incredible time at this property! The space was perfect for our small team-building. The atmosphere was so peaceful and inviting which made it easy for us to bond and focus on team activities and plus points for the thermal pool . The caretaker were incredibly accommodating. Suggestion to have a bathroom outside so you dont have to wet the floring on the inside going to the bathroom from the pool. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing yet productive getaway. Will definitely return for future team events

Jannette’s place was clean, cozy, and truly felt like a home away from home. The house has three bedrooms, all with cool, refreshing air conditioning—perfect for relaxing after a day out. Jannette was incredibly helpful, providing clear directions to her place and even sharing tips on where to go and which malls were open during Holy Week. Her thoughtfulness made our stay even more enjoyable.

This is my second time to stay here in this airbnb. The reason we booked it for the 2nd time was because we were amazed of how it looked the first time we visited, which was during Christmas season. The rooms were spacious, the kitchen and living room has all the amenities you will need, and the pool is cool for summer getaways. The caretakers are also very kind and attentive. Definitely, will come back again.

Celebrated my partner's birthday here with her dearest friends. The host was very responsive, the canva guide was very concise yet complete. Easy to reach even through commute, walkable from national road Very peaceful ambience, complete with tons of activities, board games, basketball ring + ball, archery, mahjong board, modern videoke set-up. Well planned interior, matched our cream theme. Spotless as well. The caretaker was very accommodating, easy to talk to, and super punctual. Personal favorite was the pool, the long table by the pool really hit the spot. The 4-6 ft pool depth was very enjoyable.

My family and I had a great time staying at One Pomelo Casitas! The location is convenient—just about 20 minutes after CALAX. We're from QC and left around 11 AM to account for traffic, but to our surprise, we arrived a little past 12 noon! We did have to wait a bit for the caretaker to finish cleaning since the previous guests had just checked out. Overall, we’re definitely planning to come back. We just hope they consider adding a common CR so we don’t have to enter the room every time (and get the floors wet), and maybe check the refrigerator—it’s spacious but didn’t seem to get cold enough. Still, it was definitely worth the price. Thank you!

Our stay in Tagaytay was amazing, thanks to Miguel’s wonderful Airbnb! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as pictured. We especially loved the pool—it was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the cool Tagaytay breeze. Miguel was an excellent host: super friendly, quick to respond, and gave us great local tips. The location was peaceful yet conveniently close to restaurants and attractions. We couldn’t have asked for a better getaway. Highly recommend staying here—we’ll definitely be back!

I had a great stay at Prim Rose! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe, although it was a bit difficult to get around without a car. Prim Rose was also a responsive and thoughtful host, making sure I had everything I needed. I’d happily stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place.

Great place to stay. There's an alphamart right below the place where you can also park your car. The layout of the place was great. All the bedrooms were spacious and cozy. You can also get access to the rooftop to hangout/sing karaoke. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in Lipa!

Thea is geniunely the best Host we had so far on AirBnb and that is after 20 bookings. we had a particular situation and her proactiveness and help was simply wayyyyy above and beyond our expectations. We had an amazing stay in your place. We really felt right at home. Super clean and cozy. Everything we need is here and there are lots of resorts nearby. 7/11 and some restaurants are walkable. In my years of staying in different Airbnbs, what set this HOME apart is the kindness of the owners (hosts) mam Luz and mam Prizza, and the caretaker Kuya Chad. Every year that I stayed at their place, there’s always a surprise upgrade which always gives me and my friends a big smile on out faces. Squeaky clean place, top-notch amenities, and best of all the videoke and outside dining area. Although I happen to leave quite early, the hosts were kind, compassionate, and were full of empathy. This place deserves more than 5 stars. It’s not just a place to sleep in if you’re looking for a vacation, it’s way more than that. Cook. Eat. Drink. Sing. Chill while watching Netflix, name it. Everything is here. But best of all, the people who own and take care of the place has always been kind. And for me, that’s why we always keep going back. And will come back again very soon (maybe in September). Thank you mam Prizza and mam Luz. And Kuya Chad. 10 stars each to all of you.

We spent Christmas here and it was wonderful through and through. It was clean and spacious - a treat to have found it a few days before Christmas eve. Such a lovely place. Amazing view, cosy combined dining and living room. Beautiful pool area and last but not least, the caretakers. This came as a pleasant surprise, but the caretakers not only made us feel welcome, they even offered to clean after our meals. Fantastic location for a getaway for your large family. Roads are a little bumpy though :)
