This was our second time we have stayed at one of Ryan's properties. His properties are beautiful you can see that from the photos. Our stay was so relaxing and enjoyable exactly what we all needed. We were a group of 4 adult men in town for Notre Dame football game. Just a quick one night stay. The house was just as described. Super clean and convenient for going to Notre Dame stadium. We were able to pop up an air mattress to make a fourth bed. It was very clean and comfortable and homey. I would stay there again.

We stayed at Mary’s place while in town for the college football playoffs. The first thing that stood out was that Mary left us handwarmers for the game, knowing that it’d be chilly on a mid December night. Her house is beautiful, and it has many other thoughtful touches. The food and drinks she left for us came in handy for a snack, and the heated bathroom floor was amazing, especially after a full day in 25 degree weather! It was an easy drive to campus, and I would definitely stay at Mary’s place again. Go Irish!

Great place. Listing says 10 minute walk to campus…yes true but that is to the far corner where the softball field is. A walk to the stadium would be 30+, however on a game day weekend that would still be a great location to walk. Clean home in a good neighborhood.

Mis amigos y yo pasamos un fin de semana en la casa de Jasica, fue muy divertido y relajante!! , tanto linda por fuera como por dentro, la experiencia fue bastante relajante y desde el inicio nos sentimos como en casa, todas las comodidades a la mano y jasica siempre estuvo pendiente para lo que necesitamos!!! Great location and very Cozy. Came up to visit my daughter, she loves to visit the coffee shops and the local shopping. We enjoyed the location and everything within walking distance. She will be attending Valpo university and I will definitely make arrangements to stay here again. She absolutely loved it! If she is happy I’m happy. Great place to stay!

Great location on a river. Perfect for 2 of us, didn't use pullout couch. Easy access to Mishawaka and South Bend. Very nice viewing deck and benches. Bring binoculars for viewing wildlife. Thank you Mark for a great stay!

Barbara is very welcoming and very accommodating. The space was what we needed for a couple nights near Elkhart.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Diana’s place. The apartment was very clean and located within walking distance to the charming downtown area. If I had any questions, Diana was very quick to respond and easy to communicate with.

Stayed for a weekend trip to the beach. Central location, about 5 minutes drive from Mount Baldy, and 5 minutes drive from Washington Park Beach. The suite is spotless, well decorated, and has more and better quality kitchen supplies than most AirBNB options (has a full spice rack, dishes, pots and pans, and a full knife block!). Beds were comfortable and they generously provided beach towels, bikes, 4 beach chairs, and a beach umbrella. The only negatives were that it is two blocks from a train station (as is everything else with close availability to the beach) with some early morning trains that could wake up late sleepers, and a construction site across the street- the construction noise was minimal to us, and the construction should at some point be completed. We hope to stay with Jessie again for our next visit!

Probably the best Airbnb we have ever rented in terms of wonderful, kind hosts, kid friendly environment for our toddler, wonderful atmosphere, and clean, inviting space! Fern went above and beyond with communication and making sure we were comfortable. Definitely would recommend this place 110%!

The place is was very nice and clean! Price is worth it and it’s also very relaxing. The hosts were very nice and welcoming too! Would stay here again if in the area!

This was the best Airbnb I've stayed at. The home was fully decorated and furnished. A real home. Not stark and cold like many airbnbs. The bedroom was cozy and the bed comfy with nice linens. Lots of lamps for warm lighting. The kitchen had everything a normal home would have. The fact that Julie lives down the street gave me an added sense of security. I wish I could have stayed longer.

The condo was perfect! It met my expectations. The amenities were great. Will stay there again in the future. Rebecca even contacted me the day of check out to let me know that I had forgotten something and arranged for family to pick it up. Thanks Rebecca! Much appreciated!

Katie’s place was perfect for our trip to visit Notre Dame. It was clean and comfortable. Katie was super easy to deal with and answered all our questions quickly.

The condo was just as described. Nicely decorated and very comfortable furniture in both living room and bedroom. It had very easy access to the water. It was pretty quiet since we were there Thursday to Saturday, not the full weekend, which we liked. Condos have shared walls so always a bit of “neighbor noise” just due to proximity, but honestly it was minimal. We had neighbors on both sides above and only heard minimal noise in the mornings. There is also ready access to charging which was great given we have an electric car.

We stayed here for five nights while in town for a memorial service. This was absolutely, hands down the best Airbnb experience we’ve had yet! The neighborhood was peaceful and we felt totally safe. The unit was spotless and so comfortable! Exactly as pictured, which is so refreshing!! Everything was well cared for and we had so much room for our things. Sharon was kind enough to leave water, coffee and a few welcome snacks, which is so nice and unexpected! The bed is also comfy with premium sheets and more than enough towels. The deep bathtub was also a pleasant surprise. The reason for our visit was a sad occasion, but the warm, comfortable acomodations really helped us cope - it felt like home. This will be our “go to” place when we come to visit family!

The host provided clear instructions and the unit was as described on the listing. It’s very close to the Notre Dame campus, which we really liked. Would stay here again and recommend to others!

The penthouse was the perfect spot for a family getaway! Rooms were large and well laid out, kitchen had everything we needed, the Michigan city and new Buffalo had lots of great restaurants for dining out or takeout. Everything was immaculately clean, René was responsive, friendly, and helpful. The outside and the neighborhood do not reflect the gem inside! We had a really comfortable stay, and will definitely be back!
