Welcome to Gladneuk Cottage, a house situated in the Conservation Village of Barr nestled in the Stinchar Valley on the edge of the Galloway Forrest (see Barr Village website). With off street parking, Wifi and a private seating area to the rear of the property. Barr has its own Community Store should you require provisions.

Culzean Castle and Country Park is a 40-min drive. Nearby, wild swimming is available at Girvan Beach, Galloway Forest Park, and the Water of Minnoch in Glen Trool. Galloway Forest highlights include scenic trails, Bruce’s Stone, and the Red Deer Range. On the edge of the Dark Sky Park, it’s perfect for stargazing.
