It's good for couples and families (with kids). Faces directly west. Looks out over huge marsh area with Cape Cod Bay and Sandy Neck beach in site. Awesome. 10-15 minute walk to Grays Bch and boardwalk. Numerous nature trails almost at your doorstep. Sunsets, sunsets, sunsets!! Truly a unique spot.

Quiet locale in the historic village of Quivet Neck, within East Dennis. 35 miles to Provincetown. I do not allow pets. I have family members with severe allergies who use the cottage. There is no AC at this cottage. I have 15 windows, 4 fans and an ocean breeze.
