Upstairs is complete 3 bedroom house with 1 bathroom. Fully fenced (metal wire) huge backyard. Ducted reverse cycle air conditioning to the upstairs area. Full laundry with washing machine and dryer. Approximately 35 minutes from Brisbane, 15 minutes from Ipswich and 45 minutes to Gold coast theme parks.

The cottage is completely separate from the main house on a half-acre block in Karana Downs 28 kms to Brisbane CBD or 12 kms to Ipswich CBD. It is fully self-contained, modern, airy, quiet and peaceful. It has a full kitchen, laundry, dining and lounge area and one double bedroom with queen bed and a bathroom with safety railings. The cottage has two split system air conditioners and two ceiling fans. It has a large private covered verandah on 2 sides and undercover parking for one car.
