Steam room and sauna for an additional fee. Enjoy your breakfast on the balcony looking at the stunning views over the mountains.

Cozy and quiet top-floor apartment just a 10-minute walk from the ski lift, 5 min to the next supermarket, cafés and restaurants. There is a decorative fireplace, a work desk and reliable WiFi connection (75mb/s). The apartment features a washing machine, dishwasher and a rooftop window in the bedroom (you can watch the stars at night). There is a big balcony with a mountain view. The building also faces a courtyard and you won't hear any car sounds at night :) There is an elevator.

The house has a 100-year history of the Skabrin family, restored in 2021. while preserving the everyday spirit and style, combined with a modern interior. The house has 4 rooms, an apartment on the top floor and a restaurant SKABRIN RESTOBAR - traditional Bulgarian flavors served with creativity. Across the street is the main gondola lift station ,which also works during some of the summer months .From mid - April ,when the ski season ends ,till November the area is extremely quiet and peaceful. For this period we offer to our guests free mountain bikes. This place is perfect for a single traveler , couple or close friends. Ideal for skiers ,mountain bikers and mountaineers.
