The AC & WiFi both work great! The gym is small but better than nothing! The pool is refreshing and not usually busy. It’s walkable to a skytrain station and close to a big mall (shopping and food court). It is a bit far from the action of downtown Bangkok, which makes it more local & peaceful. If you want to go into Bangkok it’s super easy to get there via train or Grab/taxi! The host is kind and clear. Easy check in/check out process! It was the perfect amount of space for 2 people. We would stay there again.

Kerry is a great host who always responds to our messages. His place is very suitable for a family and we felt right at home. The neighborhood is great— very safe and peaceful. We definitely had a lovely stay!

It was a big pleasure staying in Chanan's appartnent, felt like at home. The only one thing I would suggest to improve is the internet connection. It was very slow and unstable and we had to use our own 15 mb/s 4g.

We stayed for a month at Joy's place with our three children. We all loved our stay. The place is next to the MRT station and bus stop which takes us everywhere and also close to Nonthaburi Boat Ferry stop (Bus 65/30). A lot of food places are all around the apartment, and Big C super market is just a few minutes walk. Joy was always proactive with her communications. She also send us extra blankets immediately when we requested. Washing machine is downstairs in the parking lot to use for 30 Baht. There is a drinking water filling station also downstairs in the parking lot. We paid 4000 Baht as security deposit for electricity and water, and Joy returned the remaining amount soon after check-out. Joy upgraded our stay to another apartment on the same floor which was very clean and comfortable for our stay. It had a bathtub, a spacious kitchen, and and lot of space for all of us to enjoy our stay. We highly recommend our stay with Joy and really enjoyed her hospitality.

เข้าพักอยู่ 7 วัน สะดวกสบายดี แต่ถ้ามีไม้กวาดกับไม้ถูด้วยก็จะดี เพราะอยู่หลายวันก็มีฝุ่นบ้าง ที่นี่ไม่มีแชมพู สบู่ ผ้าเช็ดตัวให้ ต้องพกมาเอง อุปกรณ์ครบ ทำอาหารทานบนคอนโดได้ มีหม้อต้ม เครื่องปิ้งขนมปัง กาน้ำร้อน ครบ ห้องพักอยู่ชั้นเดียวกับส่วนกลาง มีลูกเล็กมาด้วย ทำให้สะดวกมากๆเวลามาเดินเล่น คอนโดค่อนข้างเงียบ ไม่ค่อยมีคนพลุกพล่านดี แต่เสียอย่างเดียว คอนโดไม่มีร้านสะดวกซื้อเลย อย่างน้อยถ้ามีตู้กดก็ยังดี

le logement était conforme au photos mais pas très propre. vaiselle pour seulement 2 personnes alors que nous étions 3. Obligation d'avoir un véhicule parceque un peu éloigné de tout. pour le reste tout était parfait

Amazing place! Central and I love the gym and rooftop.

The Host: fantastic communicator! Responsive, accommodating, and empathetic to our all of needs from the moment we booked till post check-out. The Listing: beautiful skyline views! Clean interiors, great AC, warm water, and had everything we needed for a long term stay. The building staff were extremely kind and generous. The Location: everything you need within 2 km walking distance. If you don’t want to walk, the building mgmt also provided shuttle services to BTS Thong Lo & Ekkamai.

Thanks to this house and the owner, I was able to have a comfortable stay in Bangkok. This is a great place to stay with children. The room is big and spacious. However, it was a sad that the floor coating peeled off. It needs some remodeling, but it has tuk-tuk service, friendly security, a swimming pool, and quietness. This is a very satisfactory accommodation.

Great apartment, super location, will definitely stay again.

송크란에 맞춰 묵었던 숙소인데 가격대비 룸컨디션이 너무 좋아 매우 맘에 들었습니다. 내부는 흠잡을데 없이 깔끔했고 청결했으며 직원들도 친절했습니다. 다음에 또 방콕에 방문한다면 다시 머무르고 싶습니다.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour chez Benny. Le logement est impeccable. Il y a de tout pour cuisiner, le lit est confortable et la vue du balcon est super. La piscine aussi est incroyable. Directement dans l'immeuble il y a un 7/11 et une machine distributrice qui fait d'excellents cafés! Le logement est à 3 minutes de marche du BTS ce qui est génial pour te rendre n'importe où en transport en commun. Nous recommandons à 100% ce logement! Merci encore Benny !

Another great stay in a clean apartment with a very convenient location. Most of all, Thip was a fantastic host — super flexible and understanding. I’ll gladly stay at Thip’s place should I return to Bangkok in the future.

Importante destacar que após a reserva, é necessário o pagamento de 150 bahts por diária como taxa pela água, internet e luz, e isso poderia ficar mais claro no anúncio. De qualquer forma, a acomodação é excelente, próximo do metrô e de 7-eleven, e a Jeenie é super prestativa. Valeu a pena e espero voltar em breve!

Very good place to stay in Bangkok! Had everything we needed: air conditioning works very well; The WiFi is pretty good too - we are 2 people working remotely and both of us were able to have Zoom meetings at the same time. The place also has a pretty good view of the city being in the 9th floor:) . The best part is that the building complex has 7eleven, restaurants, cafes, mini markets etc etc all inside the complex, so right under your door! There is also a very nice pool and a fully equipped gym! It is like a mint city in itself! Walking distance to a metro station as well! We stayed 8 nights and it was great. We’d love to be back soon!
