Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The unit was beautifully decorated with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Everything was spotless, and it was clear that a lot of care and attention went into every detail—from the thoughtful decor to the well-stocked amenities. The check-in and checkout process was seamless, with clear, detailed instructions provided ahead of time. It truly felt like a home away from home. Gustavo is a very generous host, and cares about you and your experience! The apartment was beautiful, with plenty of room for working from home or lounging. The private deck and seating makes for a very relaxing and private area as well. The neighborhood is safe and nice, and I would definitely recommend going to "Three Forks Marsh, Thomas O. Lawton Recreation Area," which is only 10 minutes away. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay, and would love to return here again in the future!

We had kids and their grandparents with us for the stay and were extremely satisfied! It’s very walkable to the beach and they provide beach gear. The kitchen is well stocked. The house was beautifully decorated and clean. Beds were comfy and there are plenty of pillows. The pool and spa were clean and easy to use. We will definitely be making a repeat visit as it is within walking of two of our family friends. A few things to note- the alarm system on the house “dings” with the opening of any window or door 24/7 which can interrupt light sleeping kids. If we had to be picky: The extra room with the day bed doesn’t have a full closing door. It’s more of a privacy screen. Wish there was a cooler for beach trips and a pitcher or other drink container for making lemonade or iced tea. Host went out of her way to provide some yoga mats for us to use. Nice stay!

Wren isle was above and beyond what we expected. The photos cannot do this gorgeous location justice. It was very private and perfect for our family. Larry was extremely kind and checked the pool every day to make sure it was running perfectly for our stay, he did not interrupt us when we were out there and was extremely respectful. We noted that we will absolutely be staying here in the future!!! We were even able to experience a rocket launch being across the bay from Kennedy space center!! This location was only 55 minutes from Disney!!

Beautiful house with all listed amenities. 5 minute walk to the beach and lagoon were fantastic. Jose was very responsive to any questions we had about our stay! If we were to go back to Melbourne Beach, we would definitely rebook this house again!!

Quiet peaceful place. Plenty of space for everyone. Love that they had the kitchen stocked so we could cook meals.

The location to the beach is perfect! It only takes a few minutes to walk there, which was super convenient with our toddler. The condo was really clean, well-stocked with everything we needed, and we always had a parking spot. One of the coolest parts was getting to see two rocket launches while we were there — one from the beach and one right from the back porch! We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

We stayed here twice - Once at the end of March & again at the end of April. A couple of quick staycation getaways. Perfect for what we wanted! Steps from the beach, a small intimate pool, not this huge resort style crap where you’re crammed into an elevator with 20 other people. It was great! There were 3 other gentlemen visiting from Michigan that we ended up getting friendly with, along with the resident bunny - who sat out and watched an early morning sunrise with me while he just nibbled away on grass. The room was comfortable, perfect for the 3 of us. Parking was not a problem, it was quiet at night and the kitchen was a perfect size for quick meals & snacks. We also loved our little front porch/ terrace. We’d sit out on the chairs at night just listening to the ocean & sipping on wine. We had planned to barbecue & use all of the outdoor amenities, but there were so many fantastic restaurants. If you’re looking for an old-school charming boutique style place, this is it!

A fantastic & serene little place to stay! We loved the overall cute aesthetics, the laid-back atmosphere, and of course - how close we were to the beach! :) This was the perfect place for us to stay for a few days while in town for a wedding. Close to great local restaurants, bars, shops, and public beach accesses, too! We will most definitely be coming back next time we are in Cocoa Beach! 🏝️
