Unsere 75 qm Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet für 4 Gäste. Sie liegt direkt am Meer, im Obergeschoß eines 100 jährigen Reetdachhauses, bietet 2 Schlafräume mit jeweils einem Doppelbett, einem großen Wohnraum, eine voll ausgestattete Küche, einem Bad im 70iger-Jahre-Design. Es gibt keine Nachbarn, im Erdgeschoss befindet sich das Restaurant „Klabautermann“, es gibt eine (Gebührenpflichtige) Sauna und eine sichtgeschützte Freifläche mit Strandkorb und Außenmöbel. Meeresrauschen zum Einschlafen!

Willkommen in unserem Häuschen am Elbdeich! Unser Wohnhaus und das freistehende Gästehaus sind im Jahr 2021 gebaut worden. Das Gästehaus ist sehr gemütlich und stilvoll mit vielen Details, wie Möbel, Fenster etc., die in Einzelanfertigungen und mit viel Liebe zum Detail designed und gebaut worden sind. Wer Ruhe und Erholung in einem stilvoll eingerichteten Ambiente sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Der Elbe-Radweg und Elbdeich sind ca. 200 m von uns entfernt.

La nueva y exclusiva casa flotante "Souly", con su correspondiente lancha motora sin carnet de conducir, le ofrece una superficie útil total de 75m2. La excepcionalmente hermosa casa de vacaciones flotante tiene una superficie habitable de 36m2 y una terraza cubierta de 10m2. Everything you see on the photos (inc. the hot-tub, the sauna, gas grill, paddle boards) is for you to use and included in the price.
