The cosy living room is fitted with an efficient log burning stove, and you will find a basket of wood on your arrival. The kitchen is located at the back of the building with access to a small, enclosed garden perfect for a slow breakfast in the sun or an evening drink on the lawn. It has a large south facing enclosed garden with pine trees, a fire pit and a summer house. There is direct access onto the hillside and to the duck pond. It is less than ten minutes to walk to the centre of the village. The cottage has 2 wood burning stoves, oil fired central heating and an Aga.

This renovated cottage is an executive quality, two bedroom cottage in an upmarket district of Inverness which is only a 10 minutes walk to the city centre, five minutes from Inverness Castle. The cottage was built in 1880 and Inverness has since grown up around the cottage which once stood on open farmland. Many of the top Inverness restaurants and bars are located near by. All visitors to the Highlands are welcome.
