Home Sweet Home! This house has everything you need and more. There are 2 bedrooms, but we only used one, and the bed was very comfortable for us. The house is updated but also very cozy and homey. There are plenty of windows and a fan. We visited in September and were very comfortable with the temperature in the house. The kitchen is stocked with spices and more. The bathroom was roomy with plenty of hot water. The outdoor space is wonderful with distant views of the ocean In one direction and Mt. Pico in the other. The washer and dryer were another plus for us. The living room had a large tv which was also viewable from the eating area. Parking is on the street. The location was great for accessibility to town and getting out of town to visit the beautiful island of Pico. It is situated in a neighborhood. Don’t hesitate when booking.p as this is a very nice place.

Schitterende accommodatie, zeer hoogwaardige afwerking, voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt van keuken, living, badkamer tot BBQ. Zou zeker opnieuw boeken. Klein minpuntje, accomodatie is veel hoogwaardiger dan de buurt waarin het gelegen is.

Alloggio “villa mirante” fantastico. Gli spazi interni sono perfettamente progettati con finiture di qualità. Grande attenzione ai dettagli. Ampio giardino e solarium in copertura privato. Massima privacy. Se cercate una casetta dallo stile minimalista, con ampie vetrate, che vi faccia sentire in contatto con la natura esterna, questo è il posto giusto.

The house was in a fantastic location. We were two families of four and found it very accommodating. the location in the island was fantastic. Getting to the place was slightly tricky, but our Skida Fabria rental had no trouble as long as we folded the mirrors. The hostess was very accommodating and pleasant. It was as-advertised in every way. Thank you for a great stay!

Consigliato! La casa corrisponde alla descrizione. Ampio parcheggio davanti l’ingresso. La casa è composta da ampio soggiorno con zona cucina, camera da letto e ampio bagno. Si accede all’esterno per poter usufruire di lavatrice e asciugatrice. La zona è tranquilla e c’è silenzio di notte. In casa non abbiamo avuto nessun problema!

We had a perfect stay in Vitor's beautiful and spacious house. It is very clean and well equipped with everything you need. Vitor is a wonderful host. Since our flight had a delay we arrived quite late and even got some food from Vitor. It was a great experience and we can fully recommend Vitor's house.

Very comfortable two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment made family visit comfortable for everyone. So helpful to have washing machine. Space heaters were efficient for the cool, rainy days since there is no central air or heat. Beds comfortable. Sofia is very responsive when we faced a minor issue and it was immediately addressed. Great views of the Atlantic from the deck. Super place, great host, we will be back!

Wir verbrachten 1 tolle Woche im Penthouse. Maria ist eine Gastgeberin mit viel Herzblut. Obwohl wir fast um Mitternacht angekommen sind, hat sie uns mit viel Herzlichkeit und Wärme empfangen und hat die ganze Woche sofort auf unser Nachrichten reagiert. Das Penthouse ist ideal gelegen. Zu Fuss nahe beim Einkaufcenter, zum Hafen ist es auch nicht weit. Mit dem Auto ist man schnell auf der Umfahrungsstrasse. Wenn das Wetter mal nicht mitspielt ist es ein wunderbarer, heller Rückzugsort mit Blick über die ganze Stadt.

Logement bien placé qui nous a permis de visiter l'île sans temps de trajet trop importants (45' pour aller à l'ouest ou à l'est). Nous avons apprécié le calme, le grand parc arboré pour se balader, l'intérieur est spacieux et propre. Le parking pour se garer avec portail automatique est sécurisant, et la voiture d'ailleurs est indispensable car le logement est en dehors d'une ville, rien ne peut se faire à pied, mais ça nous convenait. Supermarché et station essence à moins de 5 minutes en voiture. Les instructions d'arrivée en toute autonomie étaient claires. De belles vacances !!

Furnas is a great central location to explore by foot, book this location as it is perfectly located and just as described, a nice clean apartment with a spectacular view

The apartment lived up to our expectations, the terrace was wonderful. It was well equipped, spacious and a pleasure to be there. Would highly recommend it.

Victor is a wonderful host! He went above and beyond for us. He made sure we had everything we needed. He made excellent recommendations. He even went looking for me when I got lost! We felt safe and comfortable. The view is the best in the city and you will be elated when you step out on the patio. It is a perfect home base for exploring Angra and the rest of the Island. Despite being in the center of the city, it was very quiet. We were also able to get free parking right in front of the appartment.

Super séjour! Le logement est identique aux photos, la vue est parfaite. Pour les coureurs, belle piste juste derrière longeant le bord de l’eau. Bon steakhouse juste à côté du logement.

Isabel was a great host. She was very welcoming upon our arrival. She provided great information on things to do, places to eat and contacts for day trips away from the downtown area. The home had everything we needed for our stay. Isabel was also very accommodating on our departure as we had a late flight she allowed us to stay well past the scheduled check-out time. I would highly recommend her home.

We absolutely loved our stay. Claudia’s place is fantastic! The linens, pillows, and beds were fantastic. The bathroom showers were exceptional! Plus, there were plenty of hooks to hang towels. The kitchen had everything we needed for a quick meal and coffee in the morning that we enjoyed in the outdoor common area with a living wall. Parking in the garage was a huge bonus, and the remote opening of the garage door and gate was very easy to use. The location was perfect! Each night we’d walk down to a restaurant for dinner and during the day, it was easy to get around the island for various experiences. We highly recommend Claudia’s place. Adorámos a nossa estadia. Mon épouse et moi avons passé un excellent séjour chez Sara, notre hôte était très réactive et amicale pour répondre à toutes nos questions! Bel appartement en plein cœur de la ville de Ponta Delgada qui était très agréable à découvrir en marchant! Toutes les commodités étaient à distance de marche. Appartement très joli dans un immeuble hyper tranquille! Nous avons bien échangé avec Sarah et les conversations ont toujours été très cordiales. N ou us y retournerions sans hésiter si nous passons à nouveau aux Açores!

Great apartment in an excellent location. Close to beach, supermarket, bar, cafe and on the bus line. Very quiet area. Our hosts were very gracious and friendly. Their hospitality and generosity exceeded our expectations to ensure that we were comfortable and that our stay on the island was enjoyable. Would most definitely recommend this apartment

Gorgeous home with breathtaking views, modern, clean, well kept, well appointed. Laundry a plus. Had eggs and wine available to us at check in! Parking is a little tricky to get through the gate and orient the car so that it is easier to drive out but we figured it out quickly. Great location near airport and restaurants. Luis was very proactive about towels and linens.

Beautiful property that is walking distance to the gorgeous city center and botanical gardens. Everything is brand new and spotless and parking was a bonus. Highly recommended for any trip to terciera

We loved our stay at Sara's place. The location is central but not on a main road. You can easily explore Ponta Delgada on foot. A free parking lot is just minutes away. We would definitely stay there again!
