Stayed for a business trip. After a long days work the team enjoyed being able to cook, watch tv, play some games, and enjoy their own private space. Lisa is so kind and helpful she made our stay even better. Will stay again if back in the area.

We had a great stay! The house was clean and very well stocked. The location was perfect and we loved sitting on the back patio enjoying the view! Jacob was very responsive as well.

Our stay at Shelley's place was lovely! The house is so spacious, was sparkling clean, and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the grill and amazing views. It's located in a quiet and peaceful area, perfect to relax and have a good night's sleep. When I first saw the listing, I was a bit concerned about how comfortable the sofa bed in bedroom 4 would be. It turned out that I picked this room for me and my husband: it's spacious, has its own bathroom and the bed is VERY comfy, in addition to the best views! The other bedrooms were also great, cozy and with perfect levels privacy. Everyone was incredibly pleased with the accommodations. Communication with Shelley was excellent, she is a fantastic host!

Lovely and confotable place to stay. We spend nights and that was not enough. Next time a full week will be better.

This place is gorgeous and in such a peaceful location/neighborhood. The host was super responsive and took the time to help us get the hot tub serviced with a quick turn-around. Would highly recommend!

beautiful place,it was to windy both days so did not get to use the kayaks or have fire at the outdoor fireplace home very clean bring your own coffee pods, ground coffee was provided which we did use. Bring your own board games if that's what you enjoy. The view is beautiful Great pics on deck in evening The bunk will only hold someone under 125lbs guest bath has little water pressure at the sink. Shower is fine

Derek's place had everything you need. I love the peace it gave us. There were TVs in every room but we didn't use any of them because we were too busy utilizing the outside amenities. Absolutely loved our stay. The lake was our favorite place to be.

This house was amazing, loved it! The hosts are the sweetest and if we had questions or anything they answered right away! Definitely will love to stay here again! Very comfy and lots of room! Very clean! Love that there was a pond in front, great walks in the morning!

This is one of the best Airbnb I stayed at, we came to Austin to say goodbye to my grandma, staying at this place helped me relax and put my mind at ease and allowed my family to grieve. Everybody really enjoyed our time here.

This home away from home is beautiful. I like how it nicely tucked away and allows privacy while vacationing. The home offers several amenities that make the stay even more enjoyable. The hosts are great with communication and friendly. I have already told family about this home and plan to return.

Our family met in Austin for the holiday weekend. Great location for a new experience. Close to lake activities. Everything about our experience was wonderful - highly recommend!

Very nice place to stay while visiting Austin. Taylor was very responsive to messages. We were able to walk to Rainey Street, the river walk trail, and many nearby restaurants.

First things first ... such a wonderful host!! I had a few minor situations happen but she was quick to respond and resolve the issue. You need your grass cut, you let her know and her and her Fiance come and take care of it for you!! Secondly... She allowed us to add something to her home! A fire pit! It was an ask and she was approved out ask. We bought and hope future guests enjoy it!! Also bought a few camo chairs also, for future guests to use as well!! This place is so relaxing, and close to lots of local eatery. Also not far from Lockhart which is where my husband and a few of his coworkers were commuting too. I would highly recommend too anyone who is visiting for a relaxing getaway, business. Beds are small but comfortable. Comfy bedding. Cozy couch, you'll slink right into them and cute and comfortable Egg Chairs. If you've come across this review it's because your considering the AirBnB ... Don't skip last it. It's truly a Gem 💎!! The house was clean, cozy, and well-stocked — we felt right at home. We especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and all the little touches that made our stay special.

This house is the perfect lake house getaway! My wife and I had a great time and were so comfortable. Flip and Elizabeth are wonderful host and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. What makes this house so special is the sunset view of the lake. It's high on a hill with a perfect view of the setting sun. The sky is truly magnificent. What's also great is there empty lots to the R and L of the house. So there's lots of privacy and the feeling of being in nature. I'd prefer this house over being on the lake actually. It's one of the best views you'll find in Point Venture (maybe even the best)! The house is super clean and updated. The kitchen, bathrooms, and floors are all beautiful. The beds and sheets were very comfortable. The coach is great too while watching TV on the projector. We had everything we needed and more. I can't say enough about this place. We'll definitely be back! Point Venture is a special oasis in the middle of TX! Thank you!

Lovely place, the backyard is the best part! Our only complaint would be that some of the furniture felt a little old! Otherwise, everything was great!! Super clean bathrooms and kitchen. Great TV, beds were super comfortable, and the kitchen had everything you might need to cook! Blake was super responsive and helpful! The check-in process was very easy, and so was the check-out! Would definitely go back!

Each morning, my kids were thrilled to see deer wandering in the backyard—it was such a magical touch. We had a great stay at Mina’s place in Austin. All six of us adult kids flew in to surprise our mom for her 75th birthday, and the house was a good fit for our group. The kitchen was well-equipped, the large dining table worked perfectly for shared meals, and the living room had plenty of space. We spent a lot of time on the back deck, which was a nice bonus (THE VIEW!!). A fun surprise was the keyboard—several of us had brought instruments, so we ended up playing Beatles songs together. We made some great memories. Thank you to Mina for her hospitality and for providing such a comfortable space. We’d be happy to stay here again.

What a find! Great lake house located far enough away for peace and quiet, but within ear shot of everything you will need if you want restaurants and the activities of Lake Travis. We played ping pong, shuffle board, and the area by the pool is an awesome volleyball spot! However it was amazing to sit out and just gaze at the lake! We really enjoyed nearby spots such as the “Oasis” for food, and “Lakeway Marina” for kayak rentals. Everything was as described, and the hosts are quick to respond.

We were so comfortable, plenty of space to watch a movie together. Lots of seating inside and out to relax, eat together. Beds were super comfy. House was very clean and well stocked with all the essentials including extra thoughtful travel items in the bathrooms (and I did forget my toothbrush). Grocery store and pharmacy super close. Had so much fun with our granddaughter at the local parks. The deer laying in the front yard, walking down the street and grazing out back were so fun to see. Birds were singing all day. It was so peaceful and quiet. The swim spa was great for a soak after a day out either heated or just to cool off. Our hosts were super kind, quick to respond to questions and provided clear instructions along with fun things to do in the area. House was stocked full of games to enjoy as adults and with kids from toddler to teen. I definitely will not look elsewhere to stay on my next trip out.

Wow beautiful place and location just a short walk to lake Austin boat launch and park. The house is gorgeous with super comfy couch and beds. the patio and pool/spa area is so nice surrounded by trees. Loved hanging outside there eating dinner out on the table, has fans a TV and speakers for music. What a dream. Chad was super nice, responsive and helpful. Just awesome highly recommend it.
