The Cottage

Stay at this cozy little cottage just a mile outside of town just off Hwy 281 nestled into the trees. Privacy of country living with the convenience of being in town in a minute. Sit on the patio and watch the beautiful sunrise/sunset. From the house you have walking access to a bayou of the Elkorn River if you want to toss a fishing line in to pass the time. Queen size bed in the bedroom. There is a queen size air mattress and additional pillows & blankets in the main closet if needed.

Nana's Guesthouse

Nana's Guesthouse is a cozy mid-century modern bungalow conveniently located just one block off of Hwy. 20 on a quiet street. Two queen beds plus additional sleep space on a rollaway bed in the living room closet. A compact work desk is available in the living room and a coffee nook available in the fully functional kitchen. Home Away From Home

Be my guest while I am away and forget your worries in this home with rustic charm and homey feel with the property having only 2 neighbors on either side located on a quiet street. Across the street on the front side offers a city park and the back has no neighbors/ alley with a big pasture perfect for watching sunsets. On the patio is a Traeger grill and firepit. The purpose of this home is to not see how many people you can pack in it and trash the place to save a buck..

The house is in a rural setting just west of Lake Andes, S.D. The town has a grocery store, gas stations and a BBQ place . It is also located close to Fort Randall/Francis Case Reservoir, six miles north of the dam with great access to boat ramps. The house has YouTube TV with a fishing theme throughout the house. There are a few steps to get up to the main bathroom and the 3 bedrooms and a few steps down to the recreation room.

Just off Highway 20 between Stuart and Bassett, you are also just 45 minutes from O’Neill to the east or 1 hour 15 minutes from Valentine to the west. You can relax with family or friends at this peaceful place to stay. Has a spacious outdoor yard and being the only place on the road there is no other traffic neighbors.
