Kristin is truly the best host I’ve ever encountered! It is clear that she is doing this not as just a business but because she genuinely wants to create a sacred place rooted in care. We were welcomed with a delicious loaf of bread and she was readily available whenever we needed anything. She always ensured we were comfortable and would even come to shovel periodically when there was a winter storm. Anytime she stopped by she would ask if we needed her to pick up anything and would bring us a treat. The energy of the house is very special, it feels like you are in an extension of nature. There are relics from India, sound bowls, and stones from around the world under the floor that all contribute to the house’s magic. It completely surpassed my expectations.

My group loved our stay at Alan and Cara’s place for the Sheep & Wool festival. Great space for a large group; we especially loved how comfortable the living room couches were and how there was space for everyone there to gather. The place was immaculately clean. We’d love to come back again!

Anne's place was hands down one of the greatest Airbnb experiences my wife and I ever had. We stayed here a few nights for our 1 year anniversary. After staying with Anne, it made us serverely rethink our choices of future Airbnb's. It was just so much more intimate and chill than what we are use to. The attention to detail was far more noticeable than others, and it wasn't necessarily super extravagant. But you can tell everything was intentional. And the provided breakfast were neat, and delicious. We would love to come back here because it's such a great value.

Erin’s beautiful home boasts natural morning light and a well-equipped kitchen. The gnome outside adds a touch of charm, while Art Omi nearby offers exploration. I highly recommend a quick weekend getaway at Erin’s.

My friends and I loved Jenny’s home. Every corner there was something else to look at. It was spotless and we felt right at home. What a beautiful weekend in Kinderhook, felt like an escape. Cute town too!

The hot tub was clean and was very relaxing looking out to the view of the mountain. The sauna is a great addition. Great location with lots of activities in town and near the surrounding towns. Diane’s place was beautiful with a unique charm. She had lots of antiques and old photographs that were fun to look at. The kitchen and bathroom were newly refinished and very nice. The only downfall for us was the size of the bed. It is on the smaller side which made it uncomfortable to sleep in. Other than the bed I highly recommend Dianne’s apartment!

I absolutely love this little cottage. This is our second time staying. It is very cozy, perfect for a couple for the weekend. The property is very quiet and peaceful with the brook running right past the back of the cottage. It is an easy walk into the center of town and the strip with various stores, restaurants, and bars. The cottage was clean, neat, and had all basic necessities. Panxi and Diana are great hosts, available for questions. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend this booking.

Orna was so welcoming and easy to communicate with. The apartment is cozy and well appointed. We were visiting our daughter and family for Thanksgiving. They recently moved to Kingston . Great location! This would not affect most people, but my 90 year “young” dad was with us, so the old fashioned tub/shower was a bit of a hazard for him. Really a gem of a place if you are traveling through or visiting loved ones in Kingston.

Doris was an amazing host who went above and beyond in making the stay both comfortable and convenient! I would highly recommend her to anyone staying in the area!

Great stay. Was just what we needed for a three week work trip and didn’t have the busy traffic of the city, but was close enough to be in the city within ten minutes. Fast WiFi.

Very eclectic home with unique decorations that made for a memorable stay in a positive way. Belleayre Mountain ski area is just up the road so it was the perfect location for a ski weekend. Really great experience and would recommend it.

This was a perfect location for our few days in Hudson. First off, everything we wanted to do was in walking distance and we always felt safe both during the day and at night. Even heard a local tell a couple heading to the train station to leave that she appreciated their visit to her town. The space was perfect for my wife and I. We loved sitting by the window and reading and then moving to the bed to watch sports on tv. The bathroom is cute and has plenty of room. Bed was comfortable and the towels were very nice! One of the best stocked AirBnbs we’ve stayed in and we would choose this location again as well as recommend it to friends and family.

I can't recommend this enough. Susan is really great. Free to site see , meditate, write or read. The perfect environment. You'll feel right at home in the country.

Heidi goes above and beyond for her guests. Her home is warm and welcoming making you feel right at home. The complimentary breakfast is a nice touch. we had the pleasure of meeting Heidi and it was such a pleasure getting to know her. She also gives great recommendations on where to go around town. This is an excellent choice for anyone visiting the Hyde Park area. Best to rent a car once you’re there, but it’s very close to many great attractions. Troy’s home is beautiful and clean, with a lot of great amenities. He also provides great local information and he prepares a wonderful breakfast. Highly recommend.

Catalpa House is exactly what you want in a small town retreat; comfortable bedding, well chosen amenities, superb breakfast, accommodating but not intrusive hosts, lovely common areas with local literature and current periodicals. It doesn't get better.

We had a wonderful experience staying here! Tina was incredibly welcoming and even provided us with a complimentary breakfast, which was a really thoughtful touch. We also really appreciated the great selection of books and board games—it made the stay feel even more like home. Everything was exactly as described, and the stay was quiet and relaxing. We loved The Silver Maple Farm stay! The historic renovations are stunning. We felt at home and we’re sorry to only stay one night! Chloe and Sean were great hosts! Delicious and generous breakfast was another highlight.

Highlanders View is the full bed and breakfast experience! Leam was extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The views are second to none, and the surrounding forest puts you right in the middle of the Catskills. The Tavern Room was perfect, with a clean, full bathroom, comfortable bed, living room area, and a large porch to take it all in. I would highly recommend and would love to come back!
