Cozy cottage located on a quiet backroad overlooking a wide open field with a deck that provides warm & sunny space for relaxing or reading a book. BFC has a warm farm house feel w/ a touch of the beach. Our kitchen is fully equipped w/ all you need to cook. BFC is located only a few miles from both seaside and bayside boat ramps. A 5 minute drive to Onancock, Walmart, YMCA, shopping & many local shops for just the right souvenir. Wachapreague, Wallops & Chincoteague are just a short drive away.

The narrow bit of land across 3446 Main St. belongs to our property w/chairs + a firepit + water access to launch kayaks (2) provided! An open plan-coastal rustic design. Front sitting room w/sofa + high-top table. A large upscale kitchen, two sofas in living room, 2 bdrms, & sleeping loft + a tiny office with a twin murphy bed. Large deck-table, sofa + grill. Family home, not ideal for more than 3 adults.

Gateway to Virginia Eastern Shore. The Modest House is located in Modest Town, Va. The 3 Br/2 Ba circa 1900 home is in a private setting close to Atlantic Coast barrier Islands, Chesapeake Bay and seaside and bayside public boat landings. Accessible by boat, canoe or kayak the Chesapeake Bay and Atlantic Coast and their deserted beaches, estuaries, barrier islands, bays and creeks are great for, fishing, swimming, surfing, and beach combing. Perfect for sportsmen, paddlers and beach lovers.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The town of Atlantic is surrounded by must-sees. NASA, Chincoteague Island, Assateague Beach, NASA shuttle launches, the wild ponies, and Ocean City. All are within driving distance and are great attractions. Our home has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and lots of space in the house. Depending on the rainfall, there is a pond in the backyard. During the dry season (July - Sep) the pond could dry up. The pond is can be fished in when full.

Heartsong Farmhouse was completely renovated in 2019. Beautiful hardwood floors, brand new furniture, in a modern farmhouse style with a Boho vibe. The entire home is filled with beautiful natural light and the brick walls ensure a peaceful nights sleep. The yard is completely surrounded by a 15ft hedgerow of holly, magnolia and camellias, like walking into a secret garden. You will feel welcome from the moment you drive up. The Farmhouse is also beautifully decorated for the holidays.

Enjoy your days at the beach, boating, fishing, birding, and more. Return home to be greeted by goats as you pull in the drive. Coffee, tea, and farm fresh eggs will be waiting for your arrival. Centrally located between the beaches of Chincoteague, Va and Ocean City, MD. Beach gear provided as well.

The Serenity House

Regenerate at the Serenity House! Second floor apartment; three spacious queen bedrooms with SmartTV, equipped kitchenette, work space with WiFi, mudroom and laundry on the first floor. Large yard with big mature shade trees nestled in a quiet neighborhood. One corgi and two cats live on the property. The pets are not allowed into the guest rooms. Continental breakfast served in the shared space. Private entrance, off street parking available.
