We had a fantastic stay and the house is amazing. The experience lived up to the pictures and reviews - the property is spacious, modern and well appointed. It ticks all the boxes required for a great holiday. Check in / communication was all smooth and we had no issues with anything during the trip.

All of my friends and I had a great time at this place lots of places to travel to and around the area the locals are very nice and friendly as well ask them anything and they usually answer any questions you have. Great view at night even if it’s dark as long as you enjoy nature.

Cute little house 1 1/2 blocks from Main Street. Perfect for a quick weekend getaway. Fully stocked kitchen. Loved the fold out table in the living room to play board games. Overall a nice place to stay.

We had such a wonderful family trip at this beautiful location/house. We arrived with a red bottle of wine on the kitchen counter for us, after a long day of travel it was just what the Dr ordered. It was so cozy and welcoming. The amenities were top tier, from the kitchen utensils and spices, bathroom and cleaning supplies and lots of games! We completed two jig saw puzzles during our stay in front of the fireplace, looking out at the snow covered pine trees. We cooked many meals in the kitchen and had everything we needed to do so and a little more! We enjoyed the dining room table and made memories around that table. The home was about 25 min to downtown Breckenridge and the drive to and from the house was gorgeous. Sharon was extremely helpful and friendly from the second we booked the trip until after we left. Merlot Moose was such a comfortable home for our family to enjoy our ski vacation. Very cozy and our adult children thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and just sitting in front of the fireplace or playing games! The kitchen was well stocked and it was so convenient to town… Just a mile away. Janis and Tyler were great hosts and very responsive to anything that we had questions on or if we needed anything. WIFI was great for those of us who had to work a bit from home! There was plenty of space for everybody to spread out and TVs in every room.

We had a great time with our kids and grandkids. The beds were very comfortable and the house is warm and toasty. The kitchen is well stocked and Maria is just a text away if you need anything. If there is one thing that could be improved it would be the cleanliness of the water in the hot tub. While we were there the maintenance person came by to maintain it but the water is very cloudy and needed to be changed. I don't like making negative public comments but that is what we experienced yet we still had a great time at her place.

Our family trip was beyond SPECIAL ~ Linda's retreat in the Ruedi Reservoir was the most Perfect home for us!! Linda's attention to every detail had the home beautifully ready. The furnishings are so comfortable and inviting. The kitchen was equipped for our every need. Bedrooms had cozy linens perfect for our early February stay! We were so pleased with our hosts being quickly responsive to our questions and needs. Hot tub was super relaxing and used frequently!! The views from the cabin and porches were AMAZING!! I promise we all look forward to our next trip ~ Basalt is the perfect small town with a wonderful selection of restaurants and activities.....and still close to Aspen for the bigger beautiful city experience!! Thank you Linda & staff!!!

Sherri's place was phenomenal! We see why they call it the View House! The views are outstanding and the location is perfectly situated only a few minutes from the slopes and a short drive to town. The area this house is located in is scheduled from most other areas, so traffic and parking here isn't an issues and the peace and quiet at night is wonderful. The house was well stocked with everything that we could possibly need and the layout was great for our group. Each bedroom essentially got their own private bathroom (other than the kids in the bunk room) and there was more than enough room for everyone to spread out and have their own space. We did have a minor issue with the hot tub, but we communicated it with the owners and they quickly got it resolved for us without a fuss. Our group has made this trip annually for the past 4 years and we're definitely going to try to stay here again next year if it's available. Best house so far! Thanks Sherri!

Ira’s place was perfect. Clean and comfortable and within walking distance of Frisco Main Street with great restaurants. So convenient on and off I-70. And the private hot tub was such a treat.

Thank you for a restful, quiet, safe place to stay. Loved that could walk to walgreens, walmart, restaurant, bus pickup.

Perfect spot for a mountain getaway! Beautiful lakeside location yet close to town and an easy drive to keystone. Well kept condo, very clean and nicely decorated. Look forward to coming back!

Amy was a great host! It was a last minute trip needing to accommodate my dog and myself. The place was clean and in a great location. I will definitely book here again in my future trips!

Laurie’s spot is absolutely perfect! The views are unbeatable, offering a stunning panorama of the lake and mountains. It’s conveniently located near RiverRun Village and Dillon, making it easy to explore. We had a great time skiing, walking around the lake, and even swimming. The condo was incredibly clean, well-stocked, and very comfortable. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!

Caroline was such a lovely host, and her place was perfect for my sister and I skiing at A-Basin for the weekend! The area is cute with some shops and restaurants, and the lake is beautiful. The shuttle picks up super close to get to the mountain, so it made it easy to avoid the $20/day parking fee on the weekend. Would love to come back earlier in the season to skate on the lake!
