This is a fabulous condo in an excellent location, just a few steps from the lifts. It was warm, cosy, spotlessly clean and had everything we needed! Highly recommended!

We want to give a huge thank you to Amber for allowing us to stay at her condo! The stay couldn't have been any better! The condo itself is much larger than we anticipated with plenty of room for all of those in our party! The place was clean when we arrived. Additionally, Amber has done a great job of including board games, boot warmers, and other thoughtful items that made our stay extra comfortable. Since this condo is directly in Avon, there's plenty of things to do that are within walking distance! If you're here to ski, there's a shuttle that comes around frequently for pick-ups! As for Amber, she is an excellent host! She was incredibly friendly throughout all our discussions. Check in and check out instructions were thorough which made the entire process a breeze. Additionally, she was open to providing local suggestions of the area which could be very helpful if this is your first time in Avon! Overall, I'd highly recommend! Thanks again Amber!

Amazing stay! The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location. The host was incredibly responsive and made check-in a breeze. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it a breeze to prepare meals when we chose to dine in. The bedrooms were spacious and featured plush, comfortable bedding, ensuring a restful night after a day of exploring. The large windows in the living room provided breathtaking views—perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. The location couldn’t have been better, offering both convenience and a sense of privacy. It was close to everything we wanted to do, with great restaurants, shopping, and attractions just minutes away. Communication with the host was seamless. Adding this one to our favorites list.

Cute little house 1 1/2 blocks from Main Street. Perfect for a quick weekend getaway. Fully stocked kitchen. Loved the fold out table in the living room to play board games. Overall a nice place to stay.

One of the cleanest mountain rentals we’ve stayed at! Great location and super comfortable

The place is just as shown in the pictures, it’s a great lay out for a family of four. The full size kitchen had everything you need & more. Curtis is a great host, super responsive and answered all our questions! The bus stop to Avon Station/beaver creek gondola is a quick walk from the condo. The yard is great for dogs, and the pull out couch mattress is memory foam- super comfortable for the kids. Towel warmer & large shower is a plus too. Curtis worked with us and moved up check-in an hour (based on house cleaner availability). Overall the place is quiet, clean and has a minimalist decor that adds to the charm!

It was truly a five star stay from start to finish. I guess the only suggestions would be two towels per guest since the Aspen house doesn’t have towels. The Aspen House is also gorgeous! Also, maybe one more little tiny soaps to last the week for the shower would be good. But the views and the accoutrements and the quality of the finishes and the kitchen utensils and appliances were fantastic. We will plan to be a return guest in the future Thanks again!

Great home for my extended family for our long ski weekend. Super comfortable and well equipped. The hot tub was wonderful after a day of skiing. And Darren was a very responsive host.

Our group had a great time and will definitely stay here again. The unit overlooks the river and is walking distance to the shops in Frisco. The location was perfect. I highly recommend.

Great place to stay in for a ski trip to beaver creek. Super close to ski shuttle and other restaurants. Beautiful view of the lake and cozy space to hang out in after a day of skiing. Highly recommend.

Amazing place to stay with family! Plenty of room to spread out and great gathering space for everyone to be together. A true chefs kitchen. Avon rec center is right across the street and the free Westin gondola is less than a 5 min walk. You can enjoy the slopes or a beautiful stroll along the river walk. We loved our time here!

This condo is perfect for 4! Could easily do 6 too. The place had such a personal feel which made it so comfortable and cozy. It is up to date, very clean and organized. Centrally located. Beautiful views. Great covered porch. We enjoyed the record player in the morning having coffee! Will definitely stay here again. Next time hope to have more time to just enjoy the space.

We really enjoyed our stay at Chuck & Jilla’s place. Location was great, space was comfortable, and Chuck and Jilla were very responsive. Would recommend!

We were 6 adults and enjoyed launching to Keystone and ABasin from this location. Beautiful scenery from the living room and we had all the amenities required for our stay. Highly recommend!
