We had a great time at Jeanettes cozy House next to the water. The house has everything you need and Jeanette is always helping and communicative. We enjoyed the nice view, the option of using the kayaks and had wonderful strolls trough nature. Thank you for having us :)

Words cannot begin to describe Gro's generosity to my mom and I during our stay. She was proactive when it came to giving us more supplies while also providing us with the means to be more independent. She also lended us raincoats and an umbrella when the weather changed! Wonderful accomodations with everything you need for a short or long stay, and an incredibly kind and helpful host. I enjoyed my stay here very much!

It was a dream of mine to visit Norway, and with Guro’s hospitality and beautiful spot by the fjord made it that much more enjoyable. The instructions to get to the plane and find the key and get in we’re crystal clear, which made the arrival anxiety free. The rooms were spacious and clean, the kitchen had everything you needed, parking the rental was easy, the showers were amazing, getting groceries was a walk away. I could go on and on. I cannot wait to visit again. Thank you Guro! You were very attentive! I wish you and your family nothing but the best!

Als je op zoek bent naar een sfeervolle en rustige woning met prachtige tuin, zit je hier goed. Oslo is goed bereikbaar, Verders Enden vonden we mooi en je kunt uitgebreid wandelen in de buurt. Poes Phoebe is absoluut een bonus! Zij maakte dit huis echt tot een thuis voor ons.

Oddbjørn’s house is incredible. With a beautiful location right on the water and tons of space in the house it feels like a vacation the moment you step inside or out onto the deck. There are so many amenities, the kitchen is huge, the sauna is a fantastic addition. This space is perfect for large groups or a family looking to get away for the weekend. With kayaks, canoes, and a rowboat you can explore a serene lake and really enjoy the surroundings. Enjoy a great week in Norway at this spectacular house!!

Bodde i Jane’s hus fra fredag til mandag (6 voksne og 2 barn). Fantastisk sted for en rolig weekend hvor man føler seg som hjemme med en gang. Jane stilte med alt av barneutstyr og leker, og med alle barneaktivitetene i hagen var det ikke et kjedelig øyeblikk for barna. Privat badebrygge, hyggelige sittegrupper og grill for de som ser etter et sommersted. Kort vei til både Sandefjord og Tønsberg for dagsturer. Jane svarte raskt på alle meldinger og viste en serviceinnstilling langt utover det som er forventet. Definitivt et sted vi ønsker å dra tilbake til.

We had a wonderful, relaxing stay at ‘The Old House by the Sea.’ We expected ‘old’ as we are familiar with the area and there are many old, historic houses. The sleeping arrangements for a family of five were perfect and allowed for privacy when needed. Beds were comfortable. The village itself is beautiful and quiet. The house is situated in an ideal location close to everything: Oslo fjord, shops, restaurants, pubs and galleries. We had a great place to grill in the evenings. We would choose this house for a future visit.

Vi trivdes svært godt på denne hytta. Den ligger i et nydelig område, rett ved sjøen, med fine turmuligheter både langs sjøen og til skogs, hvis man gidder å gå litt. Vi hadde med hund, og det funket veldig fint. Kenneth var en god vert. Passe tilgjengelig og avslappet. Kan anbefales.

Wir waren eine Woche in der Unterkunft und wären am liebsten länger geblieben. Wir kommen hoffentlich mal wieder dort hin. Es gibt viele tolle Möglichkeiten vor Ort. Kajak fahren und wandern geht sehr gut. Der Ausblick auf das Wasser ist sehr schön, die Umgebung war sehr ruhig. Mit dem Auto dort unterwegs zu sein ist vorteilhaft, aber nicht notwendig, wir waren ohne dort und kamen gut zurecht.

Familien vår hadde noen deilige dager i denne sjarmerende lille hytta. Hagen strekker seg helt ned til stranden og var perfekt lekeplass for vår firbente pelsvenn. Hytta var liten og koselig, og hadde alt som beskrevet. Elisabeth er en veldig hyggelig vert som svarte raskt. Vi anbefaler på det varmeste et opphold her, og vi kommer gjerne tilbake :-)

Kari-Anne ist eine Top Vermieterin, reagiert schnell auf Nachrichten, fragt oft selber nach, ob einem etwas fehlt. Der Check In war sehr einfach, das Haus sieht genau so aus, wie auf den Bildern. Super Ausstattung und wahnsinniger Ausblick. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, tolle Umgebung, die Wanderungen waren sehr abenteuerlich für die Kinder. Der Pool war stets an und einfach zu bedienen. Wir würden definitiv wieder kommen 🥰🧡🧡

Vi hade en fantastisk vistelse i denna underbara stuga. Vi bodde här i två nätter och njöt av varje stund – från den magiska utsikten över vattnet till de stämningsfulla kvällarna framför elden på terrassen. Stugan är välutrustad med allt man kan behöva, och det var enkelt att både koppla av och känna sig hemma. Det är tyst, privat och fridfullt, med direkt tillgång till sjön från huset och närhet till både naturreservat och sjön framför stugan och berg på andra sidan sjön (fantastisk utsikt). Bara 30 minuter till Oslo gör det dessutom smidigt att ta sig dit. Arild och Nina är otroligt hjälpsamma och svarar snabbt på allt – stort tack för en minnesvärd upplevelse! /Imran &Eva

The cabin is so lovely that we wished we had a hard time going back home :) Beatiful views from all of the windows and great interior design. Huge smart TV and a lovely fireplace to chilli in the evening! I had the impression that the house is actually twice as big as on the pictures. Breakfasts in the dining room with views of the lake and Dilingoya island will stay forever in our memories. The only minor downside is that the wardrobes in the main bedroom were not entirely available, as there were lots of lifevests etc. inside, but we didn't have much stuff anyways, so it was not a problem for us at all :)

Ett helt nydelig sted. Ligger godt lunt for vinden og med helt fantastisk utsikt. Hytta hadde alt vi trengte og område rundt var kjempe fint mtb barn. Jojo var en veldig tilgjengelig og profesjonell vert. Vi storkoste oss og ønsker absolutt å komme tilbake.

Silje‘s Häuschen war ein sofortiger Wohlfühlort!Wir haben auf Little Yellow ein paar wunderschöne & ruhige Tage verbringen dürfen, wobei Silje immer direkt geantwortet & uns unsere Fragen mir Rat & Tat beantwortet hat. Besonders vermissen werden wie die Veranda mit dem großen Garten (inklusive Whirlpool)! Auch die vorhandenen Brettspiele haben uns jeden Abend versüßt :) Nicht weit entfernt hatten wir alles, was wir brauchten: von Supermarkt, über Restaurants, bis hin zu einem tollen Strand. Auch die Nähe zur nächstgrößeren Stadt Fredrikstad hatte seine Vorteile! Dort sind wir auf freundliche Menschen und leckeres Essen gestoßen & haben die vielfältigen Skulpturen bewundert. Bei jedem Wetter konnte man etwas unternehmen & war ein regnerischer Abend angesagt, lies sich der Tag in Silje‘s Häuschen mit einem kuscheligen Kaminfeuer & einem Filme-Abend richtig gut ausklingen. Definitive Empfehlung !!
