There is a dock with lake access (not great to swimming from shore), and local boat rentals available. 30 mins to downtown Minneapolis/Airport/Stadium/Mall of America. Whether you're planning a trip to New Ulm to visit family, partake in one of our cities many festivals or looking for a quiet retreat, we'd love to have you be our guests in this newly renovated cape cod home! The home can sleep 8 adults very comfortably, but the nightly pricing is set for two occupants and additional guests are $30 per person. This allows you the option of staying in a fully furnished home at a reasonable rate whether your group is large or small.

Lovingly preserved and recently refreshed, we now want to share our little red cottage on Lake Minnetonka with guests who want to enjoy a calm, relaxing suburban lake getaway. The cottage offers a lot, and yet because we're in a quiet neighborhood and live on the commons, the little red cottage is not a spot for parties, reunions, bigger groups, or people needing boat access.

Feel refreshed when you stay in this rustic gem. The home has one king bed in the primary suite and two queens in the other two bedrooms. There is also a fold out couch with a full-size mattress that is very cozy in front of the fireplace.
