Το σπίτι βρίσκεται σε απόσταση 15-20 λεπτών με τα πόδια από το κέντρο του Ναυπλίου, δίπλα στο δρόμο που οδηγεί στο Παλαμήδι και την παραλία της Καραθώνας. Από το σταθμό των υπεραστικών λεωφορείων απέχει 5 λεπτά με αυτοκίνητο. Το σπίτι είναι ζεστό και φιλόξενο. Πρόκειται για ισόγεια, αναπαλαιωμένη μονοκατοικία με σοφίτα.
