Η οικία είναι 70 τ.μ διαθέτει ένα υπνοδωμάτιο ένα μπάνιο και ένα μεγάλο ενιαίο χώρο, που βρίσκονται η κουζίνα και το σαλόνι. Διαθέτει εσωτερική σκάλα, η οποία οδηγεί στην ταράτσα, όπου η θέα φτάνει μέχρι την θάλασσα.

Located in Kapsali, Kythira, just a few steps from the beach and only two kilometers from Chora (Kythira), with breathtaking view over the bay and the Venetian Castle. The house is on the groundfloor of a two-storey residence (entrance from the main road) while it also has access to the beach road through private stairs. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning while bedrooms facing road are equipped with double glazing windows.

An exceptional traditional two stored house in the heart of the capital city of Kythera. It can accommodate up to 6 persons, in all 3 bedrooms. It consists of two levels, ground floor and first floor. On the ground floor there is a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a WC. On the 1st floor there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms and a small balcony with view in the Venetian Castle of Chora.
