The kitchen is complete and part of the living room, which works well for groups, with the counter island, futon sofa, lounge chair, and kitchen table with chairs.

Private studio in downtown Arcata. Simple, budget-friendly Pets are welcome. One pet fee applies; additional pets may be approved with an extra fee. After two pets, the pet fee doubles. Winter heating is limited. Indoor temperatures typically range between 65–75°F. Two wall heaters are provided. This is intentional and disclosed — please book accordingly if you require full thermostat control. Very sensitive to colder temperatures are not a good fit
