No full kitchen or downstairs sink available, only toaster oven, mini fridge, coffee maker (Keurig) with seating for 4 in section of great room. TV, fast Wifi for all your devices. Victor is a suburb of Rochester with many hiking trails. There are wineries, lakes, casinos, & colleges. Its approx. 20 mins from Bristol Mt & we have many theatres.

Coffee bar with all of the essentials including a mini fridge and microwave. You can even get your exercise in with using the treadmill.

Apartment in Victor

Nestled in the heart of Victor, NY this fully renovated apartment is a must stay! Located just north of Canandaigua Lake, south of the city of Rochester and 5 minutes from I-90! This charming apartment includes one full bathroom/laundry room, an open concept kitchen/living area, kitchen island with new stainless appliances and quartz counters. Two bedrooms, primary has a king bed and the second bedroom has two full beds. Apartment is located ABOVE/REAR of the main Victorian home.

The Nut House

This apartment is located in a beautiful country setting. There is private parking available for guests. Located on the first floor is the entrance to the hallway. Once inside you will have a private door to enter your private apartment. Outside you can enjoy your private patio in the back, a well kept yard, and very nice gardens. There is no stove, but we do offer amenities for simple cooking and reheating food. We also offer a basic continental breakfast with cereal and coffee.
