The place was wonderful! It was clean and had a lot of extras to make the stay very comfortable. The fenced backyard was great for our puppy. Two washing machines! Beautiful screened in front porch! I could go on and on! If in the area I would definitely book again!

Beautiful and very peaceful location! Listing was just as described. Everything we needed was there and easy to find. Kitchen was well stocked! Fenced area was perfect for our dogs! Lots of comfy sleeping space! Private but still an easy drive to restaurants or anywhere you need to go! Aleta was very responsive and helpful! Would definitely recommend this place, especially if you have a larger family or group with you!

Easter 2025 - great stay! Nicely remodeled, very comfortable and clean. Beds and couches were very comfortable. The hot tub was a nice treat as well - would be especially so in colder months. We enjoyed movie night in the game room overlooking the lake after our relaxing hot tub massage, caught a 4-5-lb catfish off the dock, and got some really cool pictures of the family w/trees & lake in the background. They are still building up basic kitchen supplies, but it should be noted that Cody was extremely responsive and accommodating!! I knew I was planning to cook meals so asked in advance and simply brought anything else I needed. Amenities should be edited to read “Keurig” rather than coffee pot 😊. Also, not pictured in the listing, the home does have a dining table for four people. We needed more seating, so we brought an extra card table and four chairs. I would definitely recommend Cody ’s place, and hope to stay here again next time we visit our Louisiana family. Thanks Cody! *****

I needed a place for me and a turkey hunting buddy to stay close to the Kisatchie National Forest, and this was it! Very comfortable home with nice amenities and tons of charm. The Kilgore’s were very nice and welcoming.

House was very cosy and clean. Nice size back yard if you are staying with children. Neighborhood is very quiet.

The cabin was outstanding. It was neat, clean, and small. Perfect for what I was looking for. It was rustic and had excellent amenities. Covered parking and screened in back porch was really nice. Nice walk-in shower. Very nice host family. Definitely worth it.
