A simple apartment, but in a perfect location with a beautiful and peaceful atmosphere. The property includes an art gallery, which adds a truly special touch. The hosts, Ruzanna and Ruben, were incredibly kind and warm-hearted – Ruzanna even cooked us the most delicious traditional dinner and gave us a personal tour of the gallery. I would absolutely recommend this place for a unique and authentic Garni experience!

Apartment on the suburb of Yerevan in a family house in a quiet quarter, upstairs, large space, separate entrance, terrace, well furnished. On the ground floor lives the host with his family. Friendly, nice people. The host is also a tourist guide, which is very helpful, he helps to design the program and eventually provides a transport with his car by request.

Me and my family were very happy to stay at Devons place. It has great atmosphere, very special. Was great to meet his family, so good- hearted people and try the food of Anahit, just everything so warm. Thank you!

Отличный дом для того, чтобы отдохнуть с друзьями на выходных. Красивая, ухоженная территория, классный бассейн. Есть все необходимое: лежаки, зонтик, полотенца, посуда, оборудование для гриля. Ночью очень тихо, никакого гула машин, только звуки природы. Рядом есть магазин, но там только базовые продукты - если хотите чего-то особенного, рекомедую привозить с собой. Мы отлично провели время, спасибо!

Great house with beautiful and spacious rooms! We had an absolutely wonderful stay, and the property exceeded our expectations. The kitchen was a highlight for our family—it was very easy to use and well-equipped with plenty of utensils and essentials, making it perfect for preparing meals together. Sumbat, the house owner’s brother, was an excellent caretaker—attentive, friendly, and always ready to help. Such lovely people made the experience even more special. Thank you, Sumbat, for your hospitality! The location was peaceful and convenient, and the house was comfortable and inviting. A few suggestions for improvement: adding barbecue equipment would be a fantastic addition, and some bathroom pipes and switches could use a bit of upgrading. Overall, it was a delightful stay, and we hope to come back again. Highly recommended.

Rented the apartment for my short stay in Yerevan. Apartment was very clean, location is perfect with easy access to stores and cafes/restaurants. Aram is a very responsive host, check-in and check-out were fast & simple. Would love to stay there during future trips to Yerevan.

we booked this place online and hop it will be good and clean, actually it was great and spotless, quiet neighborhood, lovely family who treat us like their own, we order BBQ from them and it was so delicious, beautiful house and gorgeous backyard, nice kitchen with big table to eat and not to mess the house, we rent a van for our family and it fit easy to their covered parking, driving to city center was about 15-20 minutes depend on traffic and taxi to city center is about $3 to there, for us having more quiet area was more important than be on the center, you can get the apps for rideshare there and they will be there in just couple minutes usually around 5-10 minutes so no problem, also if you want to walk to center is abut 20-30 minutes depending on how fast you can walk, very friendly family and not only I will go back there also definitely will recommend this place to all my friends and family to go and enjoy the vacation and not to worry about the place. очень качественное желье, расположение супер, дом хороший. в квартире действительно есть все что может пригодиться и даже больше. хозяйка всегда отвечает, и готова помочь. единственный минус это матрасы в комнате с односпальными кроватями (уж слишком чувствуются пружины), но на двуспальной кровати матрас супер.

The apartment was wonderful and exactly as described. Very spacious, cozy, and beautifully designed. It honestly feels like the best option on Airbnb in this area. We felt right at home. Irina was incredibly responsive and answered all our questions quickly. The location was also super convenient. We’d definitely love to come back!

La estancia es tal cual o mejor está anunciada!! Pero el trato de Rossana es de lo mejor que he tenido!! Si viajas sola y llegas de noche no hay nada mejor que vayan por ti al aeropuerto, te instalen, te expliquen cada cosa y al costo tan bajo que vale la pena y ella siempre pendiente de ti!! Me alegro de haber escogido este espacio !! Me encantó !!
