Location, location, location! In the heart of Yerevan, this apartment is walking distance to many attractions and the best restaurants in the city. Two bed, two bath configuration is rare in old Yerevan, so for our group it was a great find. Very clean with plenty of living room and dining area space. Responsive host. I would recommend this place to family and friends!

We enjoyed our stay at Lianna's apartment. It was very cozy, full of light and had everything we needed (dishes of all kinds, cleaning products and even some products for skincare) the bed was big and the mattress was perfect for sleeping. The location was also great, we could take a walk to the city center and the delivery could always easily find us. Our stay would be perfect if the dishwashing machine was functioning and if the water pressure was higher, especially in the shower.

The apartment had such a warm and inviting aura. It felt like home the moment I walked in — cozy, clean, and thoughtfully arranged. A truly comfortable and pleasant stay!

This apartment was a wonderful find. Everything about it is perfect: the location, the design, the host. It is located right next to a huge mall, so you'll never run out of ideas of what to do: go shopping, watch a movie, pick up new clothes, etc. The apartment itself is very clean and spacious. The vibe is very cozy and friendly thanks to smart furnishing of the host. And the host herself is a wonderful person. She's always online and there to help you if you need something. It was an amazing experience for us and if we travel to Armenia, you can bet that we're going to rent this apartment again, because there it literally doesn't get better than this.

One of the things I love about Airbnb is that sometimes you get a chance to encounter fine people. This is one of those cases. Ovsanna and her family are the finest people on the planet. Their kindness and hospitality is just humbling. They make you feel at home and a part of the family. Also the place is fantastic. The pictures don’t do justice. Everything is new, refrigerator, stove, washing machine and the whole place is sparkling clean and fresh. Very comfortable and safe. Most of the time my door was open and the whole neighborhood is very safe and family oriented. It’s great place for digital nomads who are looking for a quiet and peaceful place. I definitely recommend this place and hope to be able to come back again soon. Thanks for your kind hospitality 🙏🏽

Отличный дом для того, чтобы отдохнуть с друзьями на выходных. Красивая, ухоженная территория, классный бассейн. Есть все необходимое: лежаки, зонтик, полотенца, посуда, оборудование для гриля. Ночью очень тихо, никакого гула машин, только звуки природы. Рядом есть магазин, но там только базовые продукты - если хотите чего-то особенного, рекомедую привозить с собой. Мы отлично провели время, спасибо!

Хороший дом с красивым видом, хозяин Аршак был очень отзывчив и помогал, если возникали какие-то сложности по дому дому. Недалеко есть магазины и общественный транспорт в 10-15 минутах ходьбы.

It was a very short stay (half day, half night), and I like it a lot: very friendly, very flexible, good price, nice view, and a great place to stay: clean, modern, I like the design of the room, large window with a great view, big bathroom, everything was good. Zara & her family were so friendly and caring. We felt homely atmosphere during our stay. It had everything as described in the photos and descriptions. Overall we are quite satisfied with our stay. They can think of providing AC in the bedroom because we visited this place in hot summer and it was hot inside the bedroom. But they quickly assisted us by providing extra fan.

Probably one of the best Airbnb I stayed, and I have stayed in lots of them. What make it great? To start the location, just beside the Cascade, you literally can wake up looking at the cascade stairs (at night is beautiful). Royal opera house is 5 minutes aways and the city center 10-15. There are loads of restaurants and cafes around, if you feel lazy you can just walk downstairs grap a coffee or a meal and back to the apartment to relax. Event though you have all this life around the apartment, it's super quiet inside due to top notch quality windows that insure no noise from outside. Finally, the host that provided 5 star concierge hotel services by booking restaurants or taxi transfers You have the quality of hotel services with convenience of Airbnb apartment. I hope to return to Yerevan in near future and will look for this apartment or another from Michael listings.

My staying at this place was my first and one of the best experiences in Yerevan. It was my first time in the city and the view of Yerevan from this place is incredible. I recommend it! Thanks for hosting me, guys!

Ich war sehr zufrieden mit dem Haus, in dem ich zwei Wochen lang gelebt habe. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wenn ich in Zukunft wieder ein Haus mieten möchte, würde ich definitiv wieder hierher kommen.

First of all the landlord(Naira) was pretty kind and helpful, I ask what ever question I had regrading transportations service and..., apartment was pretty clean and calm there is one nice and cuzy balcon which poale can enjoy armania soft wind at night, location is pretty close to different markets, shoppings,restaurants, I could say almost everything is in your hands in short time!! There is also some fruit shopping which you can enjoy Armania organic fruit and also eggs,milk... I can write more but I think is enough ☺️. Thanks Naira

Very nice and friendly English speaking hosts! Great location of the apartment, sunset view from the balcony, walking distance to everything in the center. Two airconditionings create comfortable temperature. Everything was nearly perfect.

The apartment was wonderful and exactly as described. Very spacious, cozy, and beautifully designed. It honestly feels like the best option on Airbnb in this area. We felt right at home. Irina was incredibly responsive and answered all our questions quickly. The location was also super convenient. We’d definitely love to come back!

Avik is extremely friendly and professional. He offered to pick me up from my previous place, invited me to lunch and and gifted me 2 bottles of great tasting wine. The place is very cosy and all amenities are included with great location. Great experience all in all. Highly recommended.

Loved the apartment, it's so clean and comfortable felt like home and it's near the republic, zita was so helpful and friendly , I'll book it again for sure next time
