The furnishings are appropriately rustic yet modern in every since of the word. Free, dependable, high-speed, fiber internet and a smart TV are just two of the recent upgrades. In winter enjoy the floor to ceiling stacked stone gas log fireplace. Hike to a mountain top or visit a rushing stream...all without leaving the property.

Embark on a relaxing trip to the North Carolina Mountains and rest in The Nest. This cozy tiny home is the perfect place to enjoy nature. Savor the magnificent scenic views (both of the valley below and Balsams in the distance) with a fresh cup of coffee or soak in the hot tub after hiking the parkway. The Red Shed A-Frame with an amazing view of the Smoky Mountains has been renovated into a stunning, unique private oasis! Less than 10 minutes from town! Private and secluded outdoor haven includes a hot tub with gazebo, bar, outdoor shower. Fire pit, egg chairs, BBQ, large deck, tetherball. You will never want to leave! Inside, beautiful Parklin Interiors designer space, brand new kitchen, coffee bar, and more! Large loft with king bed with a view, and downstairs a second cozy Queen bedroom.

Tiny Home Mountain Adventure+HotTub+Fire Pit+Grill

We can't adequately describe how peaceful it is to sit at the picnic table & listen to the wind through the trees or the birds serenade as the sky turns pink & purple over the Smoky Mountains. We purposely tucked our adorable Tiny Home into the woods to achieve the peaceful retreat you're looking for. You'll feel like the "Little Red Riding Hood" skipping through the woods as you escape the "Big Bad Wolf" of technology and stress. Evenings around the Firepit w/the stars are simply magical!

Mateo 39A at Nantahala Weddings - pets allowed

Pets allowed. $75 pet fee per pet. $150 penalty if you fail to indicate number of pets via "Guests" drop-down menu when you book. The Mateos are 4 small bungalows with eye-popping views of Lake Nantahala and the Smoky Mountains through an 8-foot sliding glass door. Each Mateo has a queen size bed, private bath, ac/heat, and a kitchenette with a Keurig coffeemaker, refrigerator with freezer, air fryer, microwave, tableware, and glassware for two. The Mateos are not handicap-accessible.

For wedding couples and guests only. AWD/4WD required. A private luxury honeymoon retreat with Nantahala Weddings' Game Room included! Tucked away from the wedding activity, yet just a short walk from Chapel in the Sky. Large windows fill the space with natural light. Please book only during your contracted wedding dates unless approved by the owner. Warning: steep gravel road for driving access and ~80 Appalacian-style trail stairs for venue access; good shoes and mobility required.

The Otter Creek Luxury Yurt is perfect for a Glamping getaway. With two bedrooms and a full bath, this yurt sleeps 4 comfortably. First bedroom offers a queen bed and access to a private porch; second bedroom offers two twin beds. A fully equipped kitchen featuring granite countertops and stainless-steel high-end appliances. The yurt features central air conditioning and heat, washer and dryer and an in-room safe is provided as well.

Only a five-minute drive from Nantahala Lake, with the restaurant and marina for boat hire. We are only seven minutes from the Nantahala Wedding venue. The local area has many wonderful outdoor activities to suit all tastes, hiking, fishing, whitewater, ziplining to name a few.

Charming one-bedroom cabin that sits above the upper Nantahala River. The cabin consists of one bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, an additional full bathroom, and an open-concept living and dining room. An SUV with 4WD is strongly recommended for winter conditions. We unfortunately cannot accommodate pets, and maximum occupancy is 2 people.
