Très beau logement à Venise! Il est situé dans un quartier très calme, loin des foules. Les attractions principales de Venise se font très bien à pied à partir du logement et des stations de bateau bus sont à proximité également. L’hôte, Giacomo, était très sympathique et nous a donné de bonnes recommandations.

Alina let us drop our bags off early which was much appreciated. The apartment is in a quiet residential area which we enjoyed. It has recently been redone so does not have the charm perhaps of other stays but it is clean and functional and had everything we needed. Thank you Alina!

Abbiamo trascorso alcuni giorni meravigliosi in questo appartamento a Venezia. La posizione è perfetta: a pochi passi dai principali luoghi d’interesse ma in una zona tranquilla, lontano dal caos turistico. L’appartamento è esattamente come nelle foto – pulito, ben arredato e dotato di tutti i comfort necessari per sentirsi a casa. L’host è stato super disponibile e cordiale, ci ha fornito ottimi consigli su cose da vedere. Il check-in è stato semplice e puntuale. Consiglio vivamente questo alloggio a chiunque voglia vivere un’esperienza autentica a Venezia. Sicuramente torneremo!

We had absolutely fantastic stay at Angelo’s apartment in Cividale. This is a stunning high end property with olive tree floor boards, marble bathrooms, real Murano chandeliers, two very comfortable double beds and the huge terrace with the best view of the town. You can just enjoy your holidays chilling out on the terrace overlooking at the old “devil‘s bridge” and you’ll be fascinated by beauty of Cividale. There was everything you need in this apartment, including welcoming gift from the Angelo - lovely drop of prosecco from prosecco hills region. Also we tried the restaurant which Angelo suggested us. Absolutely delicious local specialties. And city tour is also very interesting. Overall the best traveling experience since long time. This place is truly Italy: accommodation, history, food, nice fashion shops and no mass tourism! We highly recommend!

Sandros großzügige Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Man findet alles, was man braucht. Die Lage ist super, da die Wohnung selbst ruhig ist, aber viele nette Bars, Lokale, Plätze, Treffpunkte für ein lebendiges Leben sorgen. Als Gastgeber ist Sandro unglaublich hilfsbereit, fürsorglich und antwortet auf Fragen immer ganz schnell. Wir kommen gern wieder und können ihn nur empfehlen.

The pictures from the balcony dont do it justice. Absolutely picture perfect. Some of our favorite nights were getting takeaway pizza from la Perla or Casa Mia and a bottle of homemade wine from Vecia Cavana and setting up the table in front of the open windows to the canal and watch the gondolas go by. Grecia, was a very responsive host to any needs we had. The room was far enough away from the hustle and bustle but at the same time only a 2 minute walk to get right into it. Nothing is more than a 20-25 minute walk at most to get to the other end of the island and everything in between. We would happily stay here again!

Claudia’s apartment was beautiful, comfortable and relaxing. Its location was perfect for visiting the sights and restaurants, bars and cafes of Venice. Claudia’s recommendations were spot on. Additionally, the quiet location of the apartment meant time ‘at home’ was relaxing and peaceful. Absolutely recommend.

Wir waren zu einer Sportveranstaltung in Jesolo und daher war die Unterkunft perfekt. Aber auch für Tagesausflüge oder Strandtage super gelegen.

We stayed in this place during the 2025 Easter holidays. It is a very nice and clean accommodation, exactly like the description provided. 10mts to 12mts walk from Mestre station. 3 mts walk to local bus stop. Good travel links nearby. Erika was an amazing host, so as Carmen, who did our check in and checkout. She was very flexible for in and out. There were clear instructions provided. She allowed us to store our luggage at the storage after the check out since we had a tour planned during the day. It was very kind of her. She was always available with her instant responses for any queries. She guided us with all bus/tram details which helped our transportation easy through Venice. Erika even booked a taxi for us to airport when we faced issues with online booking. We were really lucky as we had Erika as our host. Emanuel und seine Eltern sind sehr nette und herzliche Gastgeber. Das Appartement ist sehr schön und entspricht den Fotos. Ein Highlight ist der sehr liebevoll gestaltete Garten mit Whirlpool. Supermarkt, Restaurants und das Meer sind mühelos zu Fuß erreichbar. Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub.

Aqua apartments was a lovely place to stay. The location was perfect- close to main food areas, yet set slightly back from the main road so it felt very peaceful inside. They were also very easy to communicate with- they answered all questions very promptly and were also very helpful in arranging an airport water taxi for us which made the check in process seamless! Would stay here again for sure!

We loved our stay at the Artist's House! Such a charming apartment in a great location - right in the middle of Venice, but nice and quiet. Everything we needed was provided for us, including an extra bed for our baby, and Katia was super helpful whenever we needed help. We made a mistake with our booking initially, and were very grateful to Katia for helping us fix it smoothly and without issue. Would love to come back to Venice, and will definitely book this apartment again if we do.

I had the the most amazing stay. The view was incredible, especially during the sunsets and thunderstorms. The place was clean, well equipped and spacious. Andraž was very helpful and even gave me and my luggage a lift to the bus station on the morning I left, which was greatly appreciated. I could not have asked for a better place to stay or a better host. Thank you for having me and I hope to come back in the future :)

Sin duda una muy buena opción a la hora de visitar una parte de Dolomitas, la casa de Ennio es perfecta y cómoda, tiene cubiertas todas las necesidades que puedas tener y está en un lugar muy bonito! Sin duda repetiría 100% Especial mención a los bizcochos que prepara Ennio ♥️

L’appartamento è molto grande, spazioso, luminoso, pulitissimo e ben attrezzato. In casa c’erano anche saponi, shampoo e alcuni generi di prima necessità in cucina. Comodissimo al centro di Mel. Un po’ rumoroso perché si trova lungo la strada principale, ma gli infissi isolano bene dal rumore. Consigliato!

Ein Schmückstück mitten im herzen von Venedig. Alles gut zu Fuss erreichbar und man geniesst höchsten Komfort in der Wohnung des Gastgebers. Perfekt für Pärchen oder um Zweisamkeit zu geniessen.

La maison est top, propre et bien équipé. Vraiment idéal pour les grandes familles. Stefano est très sympathique et réactif. Je recommande vivement.

Wanted somewhere close to the Archives as I was doing research there. But it turned out to be our favourite sestiere in Venice - much quieter than San Marco but just as central and beautiful. The flat is tucked away but there were clear instructions. We didn’t use the very impressive tub or sauna. You do need to keep the windows closed at night as - while it’s basically very quiet, conversations from the odd late night passers-by are just a few feet away. But the flat was just what we wanted and the croissants at the Archivio bar in Campo S Stin are the best in Venice! Will return.

Cómodo, bonito, completo y muy limpio alojamiento en una zona tranquila, a media hora andando de la plaza de San Marcos y a menos de 10 minutos de multitud de bares y restaurantes y de varias paradas de Vaporetto. El anfitrión responde rápido y con recomendaciones claras y prácticas. Todo de 10. Si buscas un alojamiento en Venecia tranquilo pero al mismo tiempo con todo a mano, este es tu sitio.

Es ideal para familias. Lara cuida mucho los detalles pensando en el huésped y el apartamento está impecable, muy limpio y moderno. Lo recomiendo totalmente.

The location was great! Everything is walkable. The host was great in communication with us and made the visit easy. The place is small and if a spa is a bonus for you then this is a great option. Too hot for us to even consider. It was quiet and the a/c worked well. While we never made a meal, there seemed to be plenty of items needed if you wanted to.

A great stay just outside of Venice, for those wanting somewhere quieter than the city itself!
