Braidholm is our home on Skye. It's a 19th century building, warm and cosy. Step in from the weather and hunker down in the comfy sofa in front of a log fire. The kitchen is cottage style, with everything you'd expect in a modern home. Two bedrooms upstairs (kingsize in one, twins in the other, all with Egyptian Cotton, 400 thread-count linen) with sea views . Two bathrooms upstairs (one ensuite), a toilet downstairs. Private garden plus parking for 2 cars. 300m from the centre of Portree.

Garden Cottage with hot tub, castle & sea views

This charming cottage is completely unique having the old Redcastle ruin as a back drop and views of the Beauly Firth directly in front. There is an idyllic stream going through the garden and we have recently planted a wild flower meadow at the end of the garden. It has been beautifully refurbished in 2023 and we feel incredibly proud of the results. The cottage is located in the sleepy hamlet of Milton of Redcastle and really is an idyllic and very comfortable place to come and unwind.

After living in many different places, I understand how important and difficult it is to find a nice, clean, spacious space that makes me feel respected and comfortable place to stay! No matter what weather or we don't want to go out, we still can enjoy view even if we sit in the house. So we decided to build Ardtreck. Beams, Geary is a cosy renovated house located in the Waternish Peninsula of North West Skye. Beams is the perfect house for all couples, families and friends, offering spectacular panoramic views. EV Charger now available! Guests can take advantage of an open-plan kitchen, dining and living areas, and a comfortable Main Bedroom. The upstairs open mezzanine has two single beds. A second full bathroom can also be found within the property.

A delightful place to stay and newly finished in May 2019 'The Wee House' can be found right next door to our own (slightly bigger) house, 'Heisgeir'. We will be on hand just next door to give you a warm welcome and to ensure your stay with us, and whilst you explore the Skye and Lochalsh area , is both enjoyable and peaceful. Being born and brought up in the area we hope our local knowledge will allow you make the most of your trip.

Beautiful 2 bedroom cottage in Shieldaig

Alderbank is a recently renovated cottage set on our old family croft by the shore in the beautiful village of Shieldaig. It sits directly across from the village pier and looks out over the sea loch towards the islands. It’s a peaceful, scenic spot that makes a perfect base for exploring Torridon or simply unwinding by the water. We hope you enjoy your time here as much as our family does.

Our home is situated 1.5 miles from Portree town centre where you will find lots of lovely restaurants and cafes, shops and tourist information centre. Guests enjoy sole use of our bright and spacious double bedroom with living space, breakfast area with table and chairs and private shower room. An ideal place to relax and explore our beautiful island.
