This villa was only a few km from English Harbour situated on a quiet hilltop overlooking the bay near St. James Club. Our stay provided our family a great starting point to explore the beaches and English Harbour. Not related to the house, it took us a few days to get accustomed to driving on the left and being on dirt roads. You must have AWD or 4 wheel drive to access this rental. Lots of towels and beach chairs made our stay that much easier. Kitchen was very well equipped. Beds were comfortable. Photos are spot on and represent the house perfectly. Host was easily available and accommodating. Thank you!

From me my wife and 2 kids arrived we were met by buba with the warmest welcome. The cottage is like a home away from home. Buba has gone far and beyond to make sure we were take care of from taking us to eat, grab essentials and a lovely day at pigeon point beach. This is the destination to stay for a nice relaxing get away!! Will be staying again.

Place was absolutely amazing inside and was peaceful and quaint. Highly recommended. Totally worth the price and there were only 4 of us there. The host is responsive and it's centrally located. Couldn't ask for more

We stayed at Mario and Jikesy place for a month while visiting Antigua for the 1st time. I was hesitant at 1st while booking as I didn't see no reviews but I'm glad that I followed my mind. The place was well kept in a very peaceful neighborhood. The local people made us feel right at home by providing us with coconuts,mangoes and other fruits. There was ample supply of towels and bed linen. We enjoyed our stay and made some friends. I would definitely recommend this place. Also, I would love to stay here again.

Peaceful and lovely house. Perfect setting to relax and enjoy a great time with friends. We loved everything about it, the pool , the rooms and living room, the AC, the back view. Kitchen had everything we needed. Walkable to supermarket and beach. Host was responsive and very nice. Made great use of the portable Bluetooth speaker. We were glad to be able to do everything by foot. Beaches hopping was easy with city bus which is a short walk from bus stop. Jolly beach is a short walk away. We were 4 friends and really enjoyed this rental house. We felt right at home.

Great house with the best location on the beach. Only thing - we did not know this is inside and part of a resort with resort routines for checking in and out and coming and going. Charming house and outside deck is top notch!

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful home. Deniscia and her family were a big part of making this trip memorable and special. They were very thoughtful, considerate, kind, and generous. The home is beautiful and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The washing machine was a great addition- it worked well And fast. The location is great, surrounded by lush garden, beautiful flowers in a quiet and local neighborhood with wonderful and helpful neighbors. It is close to several of the island’s beautiful beaches- close to Pigeon Point, English Harbour and one of our favorites, Fig Tree Drive. A great and picturesque drive with fruit stands, local shops, galleries, ice cream, and beautiful beaches along the western coast. We tried a different one everyday and drove all over the island. We came as guests and left as friends. We cannot wait for our return and to bring more friends and family with us to join in on the fun. This home and its hosts & friends are a gem.

If you are looking for a nice, relaxing place with a beautiful Antigua view, then look no further. Mako’s place is spacious and the view is to die for. She stayed in contact with us, which made getting around very easy. Will definitely be back.

Wow! The view! We had a great stay with our two year old. Do you want the $1,000/night view on a budget? This is your spot. We rented a car through Mandy on property and also had a great experience. Make sure you read about what is and what is not included in the amenities, as it seems some other reviewers did not.

Idyllic If you want "Peace and Tranquillity" With Birds including the flitting "Humming Bird" joining you for breakfast on the patio, a gheko and the occasional passing Mongoose. I must mention Sharon, the house keeper and Markin the gardener who both do a marvellous job keeping the complex very clean and tidy ! Many thanks to Gabriela and Douglas for making my stay SO enjoyable

Our family of 5 had a wonderful time at this villa! It was the perfect setup and amount of space for us all to spread out. The best part was definitely hanging out in the backyard space with the amazing views of Falmouth Harbour and looking out to sea (you have views of both). It was great to have outdoor couches and tables/chairs to hang out in the shade, and there was always a lovely breeze! The pool was great, too! The host answered all of my questions in a very timely manner, both before and during the trip- she gave us some much appreciated tips and advice for restaurants and grocery stores in the area. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking to stay in the English Harbour area of the island. Although it’s a bit farther from the airport, it is our favorite part of the island so we were happy to be based on this side. I would also highly recommend doing an excursion with Barefoot Antigua for anyone looking for a boat excursion :)

We really liked this place. It was both close to the facilities around Jolly Harbour, but away from the main shops and houses, which may it feel really private. The sun terrace and pool were great spaces to hang out in as the evening set in and the front room was spacious and relaxing after dark. Each bedroom has a really nice en suite facility and large shower and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook with. Walter came to see us a couple of times and was very friendly. There is currently some construction going on futher down the hill. Most of the time it was pretty quiet, but only a couple of times was there a little more noise. Walter couldn't apologise enough and even gave us a bottle of wine, which was very nice of him! Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Had a great stay. Amazingly conveniently located for both marinas but far enough away for peace and quiet.

All fantastic, I recomend it strongly, everybody envolved with the house very king and great persons. Is been a great choice. We will come back

My daughter and I had a wonderful stay Cart's Hill Studio. The location was Beautiful, quiet, clean, and the cosiest bed to sleep as listed on the site... It is a lovely place for a relaxing vacation. The clear skies in the morning after a sun rise made it so much more enjoyable. Ruperta and the family made our stay a welcoming one. It's a 10 minute drive to Long Bay, one of the island most beautiful beaches to take a relaxing walk, snorkelling or a nice swim. Also located from the famous Devil's Bridge (site is quite amazing). The small village store and gas station made the location easy to locate. I enjoyed most of the days just sitting outside, reading my book, taking in some much needed fresh air on and hill side...(view was amazing). The vendors on the side of the road with the roast corn was a treat. Nothing in Antigua is far away, so getting around is easy.

Miss Kathleen greeted me with great kindness. Made me feel like family and made sure I had everything I needed. Very clean and equipped! Star, the cute protective family dog out back didn't interfere with me at all and I actually felt safer with him there. Location is approximately 15 mins drive from town and 20 mins from English Harbour. 30 mins from most beaches. The apartment is connected to the main house via a back shared room you have to pass through to exit. Sometimes Miss Kathleen and her husband have to use or pass through there. The kitchen windows with curtains and kitchen door with a dark tinted window face out into that back room. Doors all locked with keys. There is also a separate detached small home in the backyard where her son lives. This is all just to say that you are not completely locked off or isolated from seeing other people here if thats what you seek. Your bedroom and bathroom are definitely very private and lock as well. Nice overall

Wonderful off the beaten path unique experience! Rustic but very well done sleeping room, shower, and toilet. Steady ocean breeze kept the room comfortable at night during our 3 nights in April. Would highly recommend to anyone adventurous or outdoorsy seeking unspoiled natural setting!

We had a fantastic week with the friendly, helpful Lorrayne, a mine of local information and advice, as well as always being ready for a laugh. The views from her spotlessly clean apartment looking over English Harbour, with the edge of the rainforest behind you, are simply stunning. It was very well priced for Antigua, too. We would love to return. Highly recommended.

Loved my stay here! As my first time in Antigua Garolyn went above and beyond to provide a welcoming atmosphere. The place was cozy, spacious, clean, and beautiful. The view was gorgeous as well, with great spots for food and beaches nearby. The host was also very responsive and helpful throughout my entire trip. I would definitely recommend staying here, and I would love to be back again soon!
