We enjoyed our three night stay. The flat had everything that we needed. Being on a quiet street,very close to the town centre and the shore it was a good base to go walking from. No complaints.

Thanks for leaving the flat so perfectly prepare for our Xmas away. We had a lovely time in your beautifully located home which was also immaculately clean.

Our group of four was on a golf trip to St Andrews and stayed at Queens Gardens. The location is fantastic, very close to the town centre and a short walk to the world famous courses of St Andrews. The property itself is exactly as described and was both spacious and comfortable. Steven was a great host and was very happy to recommend restaurants in the area. The check in and check out experiences were seamless and straight forward. I would certainly recommend Queens Gardens to anyone travelling to St Andrews.

I have stayed at Margaritas quite a few times. It is a welcoming comfortable and very well presented flat. Situated Within walking distance to a beautiful Beach/ Marina /harbour. With lots of great restaurants. Always a joy to stay. Deborah

Perfect flat to stay in St Andrews, great location 10 minutes walk from town, with lots of shops/restaurants, 20 minute walk to golf courses and beaches. Free easy parking. Comfy beds, great shower, and comfy sofa, with table in kitchen and living room. Easy access too. Martin and Nicole were great hosts, with clear instructions and helpful advice. Would recommend.

Apartment was great, views of the firth and it's bridges stunning. Short walk to the great pubs and restaurants.

A delightful find in a gorgeous part of the East Neuk. This little place is perfect for a week’s stay. It has everything we needed and was cosy with good hot water and facilities. Very comfortable stay. Love the window seat round the circular table.

We stayed in Caroline Anne’s lovely property over the Easter weekend with our two cocker spaniels. We had no trouble accessing the property (I knew where it was as I have stayed there previously with friends for a wedding) based on Caroline Anne’s instructions. We were met with a spotless property and a lovely welcome package which included items such as a fresh loaf, shortbread, milk and even prosecco! The house is tastefully decorated: enough touches of decor to give the homely feel but still able to see how clean it is. This appeals to me greatly as I’m quite fussy with booking rentals. The girls loved exploring their holiday property and especially loved the secure back garden. The treats and supplies left for them was a really nice touch and appreciated. It was the perfect place to stay for us to explore Fife. My bf is a golfer so he plans a return stay. There’s a small beach 5 minute walk and so the dogs plan a return too. Alison is a super friendly and accommodating host, we were greeted with a selection of snacks and drinks of all kind and a lovely note. The house of beautiful and there were even toys for the little one. We didn’t want to leave and would love to come back. Thank you!

Fabulous stay with 12 for a family reunion / vacation in North Berwick. Very comfortable accommodation, great beds and modernised bathrooms (incredible nonstop hot water for such a large group!!) Super close to the train and lovely views out to the sea and Bass Rock, a real gem. The Ikea kitchen is showing its age but we still easily prepared meals for our large group and the dishwasher kept it all clean. We would highly recommend!

As a Fifer, it’s always nice to come back and stay. Craigs place was easy to find, spacious and spotlessly clean, and Burntisland is a lovely town. I would certainly stay at Craigs again.

This is a beautiful apartment in a perfect location. It was spotlessly clean in all areas, lovely quality of bedding and super comfortable beds. The kitchen has all utensils, cutlery and cookware provided. You will not be disappointed with this property.

Fantastic stay here in a property that is a credit to the owners. Spotless clean, comfortable and peaceful with a quiet night’s sleep. We dropped on at a time of sunny warm weather so Broughty Ferry and the beach were very busy so parking was understandably at a premium. We parked a few streets away but were able to move the car to near the house in the evening. Would definitely book again next time we’re up visiting family.

Fantastic dwelling, great location and excellent hosts. We will definitely look to return to Edinburgh in the future and seek this residence as well as highly recommending it to our friends and family. Our hosts Mark and Dayna were wonderful especially with their wonderful gesture of allowing us to stay an extra night, free of charge, due to The Hogmanay Festival being cancelled. Thank you again. Nevertheless a wonderful visit to Edinburgh underpinned by an excellent apartment and generous hosts.

Peter’s flat was absolutely perfect for our stay! It was such a good location, so close to everything, but tucked on a side street so it somehow managed to be quiet and peaceful. The flat was comfortable and well equipped for our stay. Everything was as described. Check in and check out was easy and we were given very clear instructions for both. Would absolutely recommend staying here if you’re in the area!

Apartment was clean and as described. Perfect location for golf, the beach and local walks.

Megan was a great host, very responsive and helpful. The place was great as a stayover for me and my grandad. Exactly as described and looked great. Parking and stairs access was a little tricky as my grandad isn't so steady on his feet but we managed. It was situated very close by to Broughty Ferry and Monifieth giving us easy access to shops, resturants and visiting my family. All in all a very nice place to stay.

Fantastic place, exactly as described just steps from the 18th green at the Old course. A little tight if more than two people but that is clear from the photos - no surprises!
