We stayed at the house for a family wedding. We had a total of 7 people staying in the house and there was plenty of room and beds for everyone. The house has everything you could need! The backyard is beautiful with a view of the water and access to the water. The host gave clear instructions and made it easy to get into the house! I would definitely stay in the house again and recommend to anyone in the area. The area is beautiful and we found some great seafood restaurants!

This home is really nice! We stayed there because our daughter was getting married at a venue about 5 minutes away from the home. It was perfect! Plenty of space for our family and was great for the bridal party to get ready! Nice open floor plan. The beds a bedrooms were very large with comfortable beds. The home was well equipped. The outdoor area was nice and I’m sure the pool is nice in the summertime. Thank you for sharing your home with us on this very special occasion.

Madeline place was great to watch cruise ships and other boats come and go into Baltimore. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets right off the balcony. Quiet and peaceful. Madeline was very helpful and responded quickly. We would highly recommend staying here.

Had a really great stay for three nights at this lovely home in Edgewater. The house sits on a corner lot with wonderful views of the bay. The neighborhood is safe and cozy. Lots of friendly people out walking and enjoying the surroundings. Felt right at home. The house was clean and very functional. Eddie was great to work with and I would recommend this to anyone wanting a home base for the Annapolis and surrounding areas.

Everything was clean and matched the photos/descriptions. Craig was very responsive and communicated very clearly.

Danielle was always responsive to anything I needed help with. The home was perfect for our family and the backyard was awesome for the kids to kick around a soccer ball! Driveway was a little challenging for me, but otherwise everything was perfect!

Ashley was an excellent host! She was very clear about all the instructions from day one which was great. The place was clean, and the beds were cozy. It did take us a bit to figure out the sink, but she even gave excellent instructions on that. We had a lovely time, it was only a 8 min drive to The Melting pot where we had dinner, and another 10 maybe to get downtown! Lots of parking!

Had an amazing stay for my girlfriends birthday. Great place to stay if you like being able to have some of the comforts of home. There’s also books with things to do in the area which we found very helpful. We felt very welcomed and enjoyed our time. Lots to do in the area and very close proximity to Baltimore and DC. Will definitely stay again if we’re in the area.

Matt was very responsive and helpful. This a great location for being a quick walk away from some of Annapolis's best attractions and shops. Be aware of some traffic noise as the location is on a busy street. The extra pillows and blankets were also very helpful for our stay. Overall this was well worth the money and the owners are very helpful.

This is a small basement apartment in an older home. There is separate entrance, but you need to get the key from the host. There is a beautiful small garden where you can relax. The host is a very nice and gregarious person.

It was comfortable and beautiful. The Johnson’s made me feel at home and safe. They provided all kinds of homely things, coffee, microwave, tea, trash bags and extra towels, soaps, lotions, pots and pans. This was truly like being at home. They talked to me like a friend not a customer. I would advise others to try this new way to stay in a hotel.

Absolutely stunning time staying at Suzanne and Brett’s place. So close to great food and drinks and only a short 6-7 min from the downtown hotspot of Annapolis. I could simply not recommend this stay enough !

8 Feet Street is a fantastic option, especially if you need three bedrooms. The location is a significant advantage, as it's right next to the Academy. We arrived before 4 PM, and I must say, the cleaning gentleman was incredibly kind—he even helped carry our bags up the stairs. While parking isn't super close, if you plan your timing well, you can find a spot directly across the street at night for loading and unloading. Overall, the place was clean and featured nice appliances, making for a comfortable stay. Clay

Had a nice stay while in the area to visit my nephew at the Naval Academy. The basement apartment is very comfortable. Area is nice and quiet and my dog loved having a yard to run in.

Comfortable is the word to describe this place. Cute, cozy, clean with great walkability. Megan’s instructions were clear, easy and she was more than very responsive. We meandered through galleries, coffee shops and local restaurants. The Navel Academy tour was outstanding. The weather got in the way of our boat cruise. Plenty to see and do with great recommendations from our Airbnb host. Thank you Megan for a great weekend!

The place had exactly what you need. The home is clean, comfortable, and right in the heart of all the action. As described the parking is a challenge. We parked in the Hillman garage cause it was easy/safe and about $24 a day. Great place for early risers as the loading zone out front started getting loud at 7am every morning but we were up so it didn’t matter. The owners were super responsive but we didn’t have any issues.

Great place right in the center of it all. Nate provided easy to understand and helpful instructions that made checking in a breeze.

Loved our stay at Marie’s condo. The place was clean, well-stocked and cute. Comfortable beds. Unbelievable view of the water and State House. A 10!
