Beautiful views of the sunrise in the morning over the expansive lake and the moonrise at night. 110 feet of beachfront with a huge dock. All of this right in the middle of the Seneca Lake Winetrail, Within a mile of seven wineries including Fox Run, Red Tail, and Anthony Road.

Welcome to the FLX! Our home is located in the rural center of the eastern branch of the Seneca Lake wine & food trail and only 7 mi from the Cayuga Lake trail. Seneca Lake is on the other side of the village of Willard (~1mi drive), Watkins Glen, Geneva, and Seneca Falls are all within a 25-min drive, and Ithaca is ~35-mins away. Wineries, breweries, cideries, distilleries, phenomenal eateries and food trucks, cheese houses, ice cream shops (and lakes!) are just around the corner. Enjoy!
