Margherita è stata una host accogliente e gentilissima. Le ho chiesto consigli e aiuto più volte ed è sempre stata disponibile e ci ha supportato tantissimo oltre essere discreta e premurosa. La casa è pulita, con tutti i comfort, la vista è stupenda e ci si addormenta con le onde del mare. Vicino, a 5 minuti di auto, c’è supermercato, ristorante e un bel posto per fare colazione!

Michel is a great host. He provides insights and recommendations of things to do on the island. He was super responsive. The house is stunning and exactly as shown in the photos. At night you can hear the peaceful sound of the waves. Recommended 10/10

Stayed for a week just before Christmas. The charming, West Indian style house is in a great location. While the house has a/c, we did not use it. Instead we used the ceiling and pedestal fan at night. Most nights we ended up turning the pedestal fan off after a bit because we were too cold. There weren't a lot of bugs, but we kept the doors closed because we didn't think the mosquito netting would keep the bugs out. Great view from the porch to St. Martin/Maarten. Got up most mornings for a quick drive to Rendezvous Bay. Our favorite restaurant was The Sand Bar. Pretty good rice and beans at Elvis. Village Bake House is the place for breakfast and sandwiches.

We enjoyed staying in this home on Anguilla. Quiet, peaceful neighborhood and easy drive to our favorite beach, Shoal Bay. Lots of amenities and close to the local grocery store. There were a few things we needed help with regarding the home and the owners provided that ASAP. I would recommend this rental on the beautiful Anguilla island!!

"Cozy Cottage" adjacent to beach, bars & restaurants. Great host supplied us with fruit & beverages in the fridge. Comfortable furnishing and feels like you are living in someone's house with spices, coffee and microwave popcorn in the kitchen. Rent a car for touring the island, driving to some amazing beaches, getting groceries and shopping. Full-sized washer / dryer was a plus. Plenty of linens, beach towels, beach chairs & convenient hose outside to wash off the sand coming back from the beach.

We had a very relaxing, enjoyable stay at Kuhl Breeze Villa. Our second return stay here, we were glad to welcome friends and family for their first visit to Anguilla. Scott is a wonderful host, very responsive and was extra helpful to us as I needed to purchase some exercise weights and he was able to direct me to a proper store in the valley to purchase. We appreciated the 3 en-suite bathroom with 3 couples, it worked out very nicely for a comfortable stay. Villa is quite spacious and plenty of outdoor space to enjoy the fabulous, expansive ocean views. Plenty of towels and great to have beach towels and chairs also. Kitchen had everything we needed. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

Awesome place with breathtaking views ! With a car you can get to anywhere on the island, and make the most of the your time exploring the many beaches, shacks, restaurants, and we also were able to buy some lobster at the local pier and prepare a meal that everyone enjoyed. Richard is a great host, and was there to support and make this trip as pleasant as possible. Thanks Richard !

Debbie is a *very* accommodating host; when we had one minor issue with the gas range in the kitchen, she ensured that an associate was on-site within minutes. Exceptional location steps from a quiet portion of a nice calm-water beach and accessible to all of the top beaches and attractions within a 15-minute drive. Extremely well-stocked with everything one would need for a beach holiday including snorkeling equipment, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach towels, sunblock, etc. Would absolutely book again without hesitation if we return to Anguilla at any point.

We are extremely satisfied with the hospitality provided by the Properties Concierge team, who demonstrated a willingness to go above and beyond to assist us. This was our second time staying at Turtles Nest. The oceanfront condos are right on the beach with amble windows and the view is gorgeous. Turtles Nest sits in the center of Meads Bay in the absolute most perfect spot. There are so many walkable restaurants on the beach. We had a great time we will be back The extra amenity of the washer and dryer is nice. The rooms are very spacious. The temperature control is for each individual room, which is also nice. The staff was very friendly & helpful. The room is cleaned every day. We had more than enough towels and linens. There is coffee and pastry shop next door. There’s drink and food service all day on the beach by Straw Hat. There is also a rum punch social every day at 5pm for all the guests. You don’t feel like you are paying a premium for amenities you do not need. This was a perfect vacation for our family.

Amazing beachfront condo as exactly described and pictured. The staff at Tranquility Beach could not have been more gracious and accomodating. Sam and DeSean were super friendly and always offering up delicious homemade popsicles and smoothies. We cannot recommend this listing enough!

The room cleaning was top notch. Location and views are top notch as well.

Lisa's condo was very spacious and meticulously clean. It is quiet with incredible ocean views. Kitchen had a complimentary 5 gallon water jug and starter kitchen basics. Lisa was very responsive to our questions and even found a reputable children's agency that would rent a pack n play for our son. The only negative is a terrible bumpy unpaved 0.5 miles of a back road leading to the condo: use a high profile SUV if you must. Otherwise, we loved staying in this home away from home.

Turtles Neat was beautiful. Exactly as pictured. Walk right out to beach on Meads Bay, unit overlooked pool, had full size kitchen and great a/c.

We stayed at the prime condo in Turtle's Nest, first floor on the beach, far left with a private (unheated) pool. Our pool deck was on the beach with our own private lounge chairs. Top notch location with fabulous beach views and access. The condo has two bedrooms. The large master bedroom with ensuite was not private. It has a swinging 1/2 saloon door that you could see through and over. This would not allow privacy if four people were staying at the condo. It was perfect for my husband and me because it was just the two of us. The back bedroom was small, and dark, without a view. The bathroom was not attached. Perfect for sleeping soundly but a second adult couple might be disappointed. Staff was welcoming and daily cleaning service a bonus. Snorkel gear to borrow and rum punch at 5 pm. The condo was outdated but pleasantly furnished. The pictures were a good representation. We would rent this condo again. It seems we overpaid for this unit or it rents at a significant premium.

Our stay was amazing!! We will be back as soon as we can! The staff is the best and so accommodating! Sam makes the best drinks!!
