We aim for you to feel as though you’re visiting family. The property features a spacious yard with a swing set & sandbox for kids. Pat may greet you on arrival & is always happy to share his love of Alaska & local insights. Guests enjoy fast Wi-Fi, convenient laundry access, & the chance to see local wildlife right outside the back door — moose (often with calves), ravens, Steller’s jays, squirrels, & on rare occasions, a bear. The home is central to everything in Anchorage and only a few blocks from the popular Chester Creek bike trail, which connects to the other expansive network of paved bike trails throughout Anchorage. Several years ago, the home underwent an expansive remodel and was fully updated with top-of-the-line furniture and appliances.

The studio has a walk-in shower and washer and dryer. Although we are pup friendly there is a limit of 1 dog. We can't accommodate cats. Large yard but it is not fenced.
