On upon arriving at the spot, it was beautiful house and had a memorable weekend staying there for the weekend. Alex was very responsive and made sure that if we had any questions or concerns, to let him know and was very friendly. The rooms and bathrooms were clean upon arrival and would definitely stay there again!

My wife and I, along with our 2 young adult sons, drove from Canada to spend some time in Pasadena. J's condo was perfect for us. We really felt at home there and enjoyed being in close proximity to our good friends who we were visiting. Being from the country, it was also a treat to be within walking distance to restaurants and some food chains that we don't have in our hometown in Canada. While there, we had the pleasure of meeting J's family. Wonderful people who made us all feel very welcomed. When we return to Pasadena, we hope J's condo will be available as we would stay there again in a heartbeat. Thank you J and family for being so kind to our family as well as for making our stay in Pasadena so comfortable. We look forward to seeing you again.

Brenda's place is located in a quadplex, amidst a sea of quadplexes. With that said, great value for the area. Maybe a 5 minute drive to the water, a few different beaches to choose from, and a number of options for dining increase the value of what you're getting here. We stayed during the week, and it was an exceptionally quiet neighborhood. The place, itself, is somewhat small. But it has all of the basic spaces covered: two bathrooms, three bedrooms, great kitchen/dining/living room area, as well as a small, gated patio that opens to the driveway. Internet was reliable and fast, and there were games and beach items included. The penalty they have for finding sand in the unit is understandable; it can be difficult to clean. But, given that most folks using the space will be there at least in part because of the beach seems almost unreasonable... how much sand in the space will be too much? Other than that, we would stay again. Lots of value here.

We enjoyed our stay! It was in the middle of the two places where we were spending our time, so the location worked well for our needs. The house was VERY clean. And Sean was ALWAYS quick to respond.

We had a wonderful time and we loved the house! Eric was a gracious host and was always available. Loved the neighborhood and got to know some of the people around us. Was very grateful that we could bring our dogs!

We originally planned to stay for a month but my house was not ready to move in, so extended for 2 more weeks. Wilson & Leona are great hosts, very friendly and always responsive. Their place is very quiet, clean and safe in a gated community. Great location, walking distance to an Asian plaza nearby, Pizza Hut, KFC and CVS also available in that plaza. On weekends, you can enjoy shopping at a fair market just outside the Nogales high school, which is just located across the street, not mention Mexican BBQ also available there on weekend nights! Last, lots of Chinese food available nearby and 99 Ranch supermarket just 5 mins drive if you love Chinese cuisine!

We had a wonderful stay. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as pictured. Check‑in was seamless, and our host was responsive and gracious, offering great local tips. The neighborhood was quiet. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches (fresh linens and fast Wi‑Fi). Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area—would love to stay here again!

My sons and I attended an event at Oak Canyon Park and the location was perfect! Easy to get to and comfortable place to stay. We liked that there were plenty of games and an open kitchen/living room. Marry's communication was stellar with us - thank you!!!

Jason was a great host. Everything was as expected, and he was very responsive. He supplied cleaning materials to keep the place clean. He also was flexible with checkout after my flight was delayed. Great host overall.

We stayed at Lisa's place right next to the beach (1.5 blocks!), and we loved it. It was roomy enough for 3 kids, a couple, and a grandma--and the beds were really comfortable! The kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed the outdoor patio and BBQ. We'll come back. Thanks, Lisa!

We stayed at Kevin’s place for 12 nights while working on a project in Los Angeles, and it was a great fit for our needs. The unit has several rooms and, importantly for us, separate bathrooms—which made things much more comfortable. Private ground-level parking was a big plus, saving us the hassle of street parking after long workdays. The home was very clean when we arrived, including the kitchenware, which we appreciated. We did run into an internet issue, but Kevin responded immediately and came by within a few hours to resolve it. It turned out to be a failing router, and we were grateful for the quick fix since we were working remotely. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet, and access to the 10 freeway was very convenient. Thanks again, Kevin, for being such a responsive and thoughtful host!

Nuestras vacaiones las pasamos muy cómodos, aunque únicamente llegábamos a descansar, el lugar limpio, tranquilo, seguro y muy conveniente para movilizarse en vehículo hacia puntos turísticos de Los Angeles. Hicimos compras en línea y todos los paquetes arrivaro. Si problema, definitivamente volvería a hospedarme en este lugar. 5 estrellas, muy felices.

I loved my stay at this spot and i’ll miss it dearly but the only inconvenience was getting the car into the gate with traffic at all times.

Nice touch with the Netflix already logged in with guest account for thr Air BnB. Had everything we need and responded to questions we had promptly.

place was everything we needed. pool and hot tub were great after a long day. close (short drive) to LOTS of food and entertainment.

The listing that we stayed at from Liam's property was wonderful, had a lot of amenities and convenience near by which is a plus, the home was clean and pristine. The home was very spacious and really accommodated to our needs. Liam is also a very responsive host and was quickly solved the issue that was presented. Would definitely recommend to stay at Liam's listing again!

A casa atendeu super bem os 3 casais, ficamos super a vontade, instalações impecáveis, um bom sistema de ar condicionado. A Júlia foi muito atenciosa, sempre respondendo rápido e com exatidão. Excelente localidade para nós que também fomos à Disney, ficou geograficamente próximo. Apenas acrescentaria uma ou duas panelas, tipo uma de pressão para nós que estávamos cozinhando fez falta. Super recomendo esta casa.

Home is fabulous!! Bright, airy, and just so cool to be up in the hills. So many patios and outdoor spaces - we spent a lot of time on the roof deck. Ade and his wife were super responsive and friendly. Very comfortable beds, and bedrooms are well spaced on the lower floor for privacy. We feel extremely lucky to have found this place!!! While you aren’t *actually* far from things, I found going down the hill for errands to be something I just didn’t do bc I *felt* really far away. That was probably a psychological barrier (I’m a city kid who is used to walking a block for anything she needs) but just be aware once you’re there, you won’t want to leave. Finally - Ade is not joking about the dip in the road right before the house. If your car doesn’t have good clearance, park before it. Our Nissan Rogue was fine if we took it slow.

This is a wonderful place to stay, the apartment is perfectly put together, incredible value in a city that is very expensive these days . They have thought of everything. Silverlake is a lovely area, this place is right next to Sunset Junction . So many shops and restaurants Close by . Very enjoyable stay. Hopefully will get to stay again .

Shawn’s place was spacious, clean, and each of us had our own bed and bathroom, perfect for teens/kids who like their own space. Check in instructions were easy, Shawn was a great communicator and responsive, and I’d stay here again!

Beautiful place my family and I had a great time.There is nice bedrooms and comfy beds.Perfect balcony and fabulous sunsets. Kitchen are very spacious. Perfect location ,grocery store 5 min away .Thank you so much

I took my parents to visit Pasadena and stayed at Vivian’s place. We felt right at home. The townhouse was a little challenging to upstairs and downstairs, so the bedroom on the first floor was a little difficult to use. Other than that, everything was great. Vivian was very responsive and always answered the message quickly and helped answer our questions. The location is excellent, very walkable to many shops and restaurants. It is quiet at night too. Overall we had a good time!
