We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, the accommodation was perfect, spacious, clean, well presented, comfortable. The games room and bikes were a nice bonus. The location was great for Amsterdam central, Leon and his family were happy to help with taxi service and it made it a super easy experience. It was also nice to come to a much quieter area to stay and escape the busy city. Leon answered all of our questions, explained everything well, you couldnt ask for more from an air BnB stay.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Urlaub mit Kind und Hund. In der Unterkunft hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage war auch super. Direkt an den Dünen und nicht weit zum Meer. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Petri war auch sehr lieb.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft in Zandvoort. Die Wohnung war genauso wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos – sauber, gemütlich und sehr einladend. Wir haben uns von Anfang an wohlgefühlt. Die Lage ist einfach perfekt – nah zum Strand, zur Stadt und trotzdem ruhig. Annette war eine großartige Gastgeberin: sehr freundlich, gut erreichbar und mit tollen Tipps für die Umgebung. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder!

Das Haus von Sophie ist sehr schön, der Garten und die Lage am Wasser sind einfach traumhaft. Es ist alles vorhanden was man im Urlaub braucht, sogar das Boot durften wir benutzen. Sophie ist eine sehr nette Gastgeberin, es hat alles wunderbar geklappt und war unkompliziert, danke dafür. Wir haben es genoßen und kommen gerne wieder.

Ein sehr gemütliches Ferienhaus mit allem, was man braucht und noch viel mehr. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns, dass der Strand fußläufig erreichbar ist. Es gibt viele nette Strandbars!

Die Unterkunft war ruhig gelegen. Das Häuschen war sehr sauber und nett eingerichtet. Man hat sich somit gleich wohlgefühlt. Victor und seine Frau waren sehr freundlich und immer ansprechbar. Die Unterkunft kann man uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Es gibt unweit vieles schönes zu erkunden, wie z. B. den Ortskern von Edam oder die Promenade von Volendam. Nach Amsterdam unbedingt mit dem Bus fahren. Super einfach und man ist ganz schnell im Stadtzentrum.

We would like to express our gratitude and delight for our stay at Paul's apartments. It was an amazing experience that left us with only the most positive impressions. From the moment we arrived we felt at home. The apartment was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Paul greeted us personally and gave us a fascinating tour of the property, telling us about the house rules and recommending local attractions. The apartment had absolutely everything we could need for a comfortable stay. Paul was an exceptionally friendly and helpful host. He was always ready to answer our questions. We would confidently recommend Paul's apartments to all guests. Thank you Paul for a wonderful time in your cozy corner!

Die Villa übertraf unsere Vorstellungen. Das Anwesen strahlt ein schönes Ambiente aus und man fühlt sich gleich wohl. Es war alles vorbereitet, so das man den Urlaub sofort in vollen Zügen genießen konnte. Jop ist ein freundlicher großzügiger Gastgeber der sehr darum bemüht ist einem den Aufenthalt so gemütlich wie möglich zu gestalten. Bei Rückfragen ist sofort jemand erreichbar. Dieser Urlaub war unvergesslich. Wir planen auf jeden Fall nochmal wieder zu kommen. Wir danken Jop für dieses tolle Erlebnis in seiner Villa.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The house is exactly as shown in the photos – spotless, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. The surroundings are calm and peaceful, making it the perfect place to relax. Near the center (the public transportation is a 5 minute walk away) The host was fantastic: very kind, super communicative, and always available if we needed anything. Everything was clearly explained, and he made sure we had access to all the amenities. This place is truly a hidden gem – the quality you get for the price is outstanding. It’s ideal for families, with plenty of space and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly, highly recommend! 🤍 Thank you, Francisco!

Tiny House was a lovely stay for our family! We’re travelling with 2 kids aged 5 and 2 so it can be a bit tricky booking somewhere that works, but this was a really nice stay for all of us. Rik was really friendly and responsive before and during our stay. Everywhere was clean, lots of thoughtful things like spare bags for shopping, ground coffee, toys for kiddos and the little ones got to feed the chickens and pig too - they loved it. We were going to head into Amsterdam but we ended up staying there for the day. There were some lovely hyacinth and tulip fields nearby, we got to bask in the pretty suntrap garden and as an added bonus we got to see the bloemencorso float by the house in the evening - we were all suitably impressed. Thanks Rik for a thoughtfully appointed and relaxing stay, would definitely recommend Tiny House for travellers with children.

Excellent séjour à 2 familles. Le jardin avec la vue sur le lac juste magique. Très calme. En pleine nature et malgré tout à proximité des commerces et restaurants. Merci pour le prêt des vélos et du bateau. C’était génial de se déplacer sur l’eau. La région est magnifique et à distance raisonnable de différentes villes à visiter . Floris est un hôte attentionné ( décoration pour Pâques, cadeaux de bienvenue..) et a répondu dans la journée à nos messages. La maison était très spacieuse et très propre. Charme authentique d’une vieille ferme. Merci pour ce vrai break

Wir haben uns in dem Gartenhaus sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist schön eingerichtet und bei gutem Wetter ist die Gartennutzung ein Traum. Einziger Minuspunkt: die offene Toilette und Dusche im Schlafzimmer und das fehlende Waschbecken im Bad. Das ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig.

Que du bonheur dans cette belle maison, une cuisine super bien équipée, et un jardin splendide. Très bien située pour découvrir la région facilement ( train, vélo....) et un accueil adorable Nous sommes conquis !!!

We really loved our stay at Annelies‘s apartment! It‘s so close to the beach, it took only 1 minute to get there - absolutely incredible! Annelies communicated the check-in instructions via WA where she sent us a short video and voice message. I really appreciated this as this already seemed so welcoming! The apartment is super small but contains everything you‘ll need. Plus Annelies left a few little extras for us and our dog - so cute! We would 100% recommend staying at Annelies‘s!

Sehr schöne, saubere, perfekt ausgestattete und moderne Unterkunft in toller, ruhiger Lage. Dünen, Strand und Zentrum sind in wenigen Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, unsere Hündin Lucy war auch herzlich willkommen. Es gab ein paar leckere Aufmerksamkeiten für uns alle zur Begrüßung und immer wieder nette Angebote von den Gastgebern, wie mehr Handtücher, früherer Check in und späterer Check out. Es war ein insgesamt ein super angenehmer Aufenthalt!

Nettes kleines Häuschen mit guter Ausstattung und Privatsphäre, gute Kommunikation vorab. Die Lage mit Erreichbarkeit von Strand und Stadt in wenigen Minuten ist super. Hat uns alles sehr gefallen, klare Empfehlung.

Een gezellig, knus en warm huisje, waar we met veel plezier de laatste dagen van de kerstvakantie doorbrachten. De sauna en jacuzzi en de zee op wandelafstand maakten de ontspanning helemaal compleet.

It was great staying at this location. It was walkable to the center of town, the beach, and trails.

Mein Mann und ich haben uns sehr wohl in der Wohnung "Eb" gefühlt. Es ist alles so wie auf den Fotos und in der Anzeige beschrieben. Judith ist immer erreichbar und geht sehr flexibel auf Anliegen ein. Die Wohnung liegt so zentral und doch ganz ruhig! 2 Minuten zur Fußgängerzone und 3 Minuten zum Strand. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und der kleine Sitzplatz vor der Wohnung ist sehr toll. Wir wollten hat nicht mehr nach Hause und werden ganz bestimmt wieder kommen.

War super gelegen für etwas zu unternehmen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön. Ich danke euch noch einmal ganz doll für die Unterstützung bei der Pannen Hilfe.👌 Ganz liebe Grüsse Sarah und Marcel

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche im Ferienhaus von Tania! Es ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und wir haben uns willkommen gefühlt. Tania war leider nicht da, als wir da waren, aber die Kommunikation lief trotzdem gut! Die Treppe nach oben ist wirklich sehr steil (man muss nachts runter zur Toilette, auch die Kinder). Es gibt kein Waschbecken bei der Toilette, das war etwas ungewöhnlich. Die Lage ist super, die Schule nebenan hatte Ferien und man kann zu Fuß super in die Stadt und zum Strand. An Restaurants können wir mit Kindern das Natuurlijk (mit Spielecke) und das „Take it Eazee“ empfehlen. Wir würden wiederkommen! ❤️
