Στον χώρο υπάρχει ψυγείο, τοστιέρα, ηλεκτρικό μπρίκι για καφέ, μεταφερόμενη επαγωγική εστία για ελαφρύ μαγείρεμα ή πρωινό και τα ανάλογα σκεύη. Απέχει 700μ. από τον οικισμό του νησιού σε περιφραγμένη αυλή ενός στρέμματος γεμάτη από λουλούδια, οπωροφόρα δέντρα, ελιές και προσφέρει ιδανική ανάπαυλα στο φυσικό περιβάλλον και θέα στο Αγ. Ορος.

Μείνετε με όλη την οικογένεια σε αυτό το υπέροχο κατάλυμα με πολύ χώρο για στιγμές χαράς. Το διαμέρισμα είναι δίχωρο. Διαθέτει ένα άνετο διπλό κρεβάτι με αναπαυτικό στρώμα και ένα μονό κρεβάτι με ένα εξίσου αναπαυτικό στρώμα.
