Excellent place to stay with a pup! Large fenced in back yard, very safe and secure. Well maintained neighborhood. 3 adults, each had their own comfortable bedroom, 2 full baths. Excellent overnight stop when passing through from Florida to Virginia, good 1/2 way stop. Very thoughtful amenities in house, clean and comfortable. Will try to use on future trips! Our third year in a row staying here and like always everything was perfect. Matthew is a great host, very responsive and always helpful. The property is perfect, always clean and clear instructions on check out. Has everything a family would need. This will always be our go to BNB when visiting Alpena. Great place to stay

Awesome location, close to everything. Very quiet and clean. Would absolutely stay again.

This is a rather nice older home in a quiet neighborhood. It pretty much met all our needs. The two showers are a little odd. The master bath shower and door to the bathroom only have curtains. Can be a little cold in there. The newer shower in the other bathroom is in a very dark end of that bathroom with no light near it. The water temperature is modest. Despite these comments we would stay here again. It is clean, beds are comfortable and it has a large yard for our furry friends.

Sunday house was a beautiful stay with great amenities. Super close to campus and things to do. Would recommend anyone to stay.

The house was even nicer than I was expecting. Everything was clean and neat. There was even a cat bed and toys for my fur baby to enjoy. The house was easy to find and was in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. Nicole was very prompt and friendly in answering all communications. I would be more than happy to stay there again if the need arises. It was a very good value for what was provided.

Jacks home is beautiful and I had a great time there. Will definitely stay again.

Sasha's place was great. We did have a little trouble getting inside because the code that they gave us didn't work. But we reached out, got a new code and was able to gain entry. The pool wasn't as deep as we thought it would be, so we didn't swim in it. Overall, the place was great. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms are clean and there was enough space for everybody in our party. Thanks sasha, id stay again if ever in the PHX area.

The four of us arrived at Mary’s place and we immediately felt right at home. The place was neat and clean and the decor was tropical. The backyard overlooking the canal was a great place to relax and unwind. We loved walking down the block to the Cabana club each afternoon after coming back from local excursions. One of the great benefits was being able to use the Cabana club which had a fantastic pool, hot tub, beach access and a full service bar with great food and drinks with excellent service and a friendly staff!

Wonderful place for our anniversary, really had an overall cozy and comfortable experience!

The house was in a neat location and a quick drive to downtown, beaches, etc. Quiet community with several grassy areas for dog walking available. Home was clean and had everything we needed. Would stay again!

It was decorated cute and quirky. Lots of character. Perfect for one or two people. You can hear the people upstairs at times but that was expected for a basement apartment.

We loved the Lobster! It was perfect for our one night stay at the beach to finish off a week in Orlando. The pool and beach were amazing! Liz was very accomodating to our early arrival and responsive to questions. We loved meeting her pups, too! I would stay again when in Indian Shores. Thank you, Liz!

Such a beautiful house, matched the photos exactly! Clean & comfortable. The hot tub and patio area was our favorite part! I’ll definitely recommend to others & book back in the future.
