Anna and George were very friendly and responded quickly. The house was very clean and especially well equipped including numerous outdoor gear. A hot water kettle for tea would be an improvement. The neighborhood is very calm. The distances to the beach was very short and could be travelled with the available bikes. Due to the nature of being a mobile home, the space inside was limited (hallways and sleeping rooms) and the house had some patina.

This place was close to everything on the Parkway, yet beautiful, quiet, and peaceful. We very much enjoyed our weekend here. The mattress was fantastic (if it only fit in the car, haha!).

Katie and Liam’s place worked out perfectly for my teenage daughter and myself during our three night stay. It is very comfortable and cozy and also specious enough to stretch out and relax. It is close to running trails which was good for my daughter. Very easy to communicate with the hosts as well. -Meg

Perfect location to all things downtown Dunedin! Access to breweries are steps away. Very clean.

We had a great time nice clean space just like the photos private back yard. I did feel a tad bit close to the neighbors when in the pool I just thought we were disturbing them but we enjoyed it neighbors were friendly

This was such a cute and fun house! Everything was clean and well organized. There was plenty of toys and games for our 2 year old daughter to play with. The backyard was the highlight and was so relaxing to hangout in. Kai was very quick to respond and helpful with any questions we had. I would highly recommend this stay and we will definitely be back 😊

Jerry was an amazing host, allowed me and my group to check in very early because we arrived in Florida much earlier than expected. Which helped us tremendously because it allowed us to unpack earlier and enjoy more time at the beach. The property was very beautiful was walkable to the local beach, the nearest beach was amazing with free parking and lots to do. Amazing restaurants, and we love the grill in the back, which we were able to use one of the nights. The whole experience was amazing and I really appreciated the hospitality. Jerry gave.

My partner, our dog, and I stayed at Greg's for a night while in town for a concert. We appreciated the clear instructions for check-in, recommendations for restaurants, clean space, and beautiful yard. Greg answered our questions quickly and communicated well. If we find ourselves back in Des Moines, we will definitely stay again. Also, we took his recommendation for Classic Frozen Custard - yum!

Die Wohnung ist wie im Inserat beschrieben und wir haben uns dort wohl gefühlt. Alles war sehr sauber und es war über Toilettenpapier, Zewa, Kaffee, Salz und Pfeffer das Wichtigste bereits da. Die Kommunikation mit Mignon hat auch super geklappt. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Straße, aber nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt sind viele Shops, auch Lebenmittelläden. Um nach Manhattan zu kommen, konnte man verschiedene Buslinien nehmen, das hat super geklappt. Ich empfehle hier die Linie 159X, da der Bus ein Stück am Hudson River entlangfährt und man einen tollen Blick auf die Skyline von Manhattan hat. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Casa exatamente como nas fotografias. Limpa, confortável, com equipamentos de cozinha necessários. Recomendo. Possui cadeira de praia, guarda-sol, livros.

The place was nice. The place was literally in a great area, close to everything. Super close to "Crash Boat" my favorite beach in the area. Lots of delicious restaurants in the area. Brian was very helpful with the clear instructions given to us. Everything went smooth.

The emerald apartment is adorable and feels so cozy! It was exactly what I needed for the week. It was very clean and was easy to find. Genuinely loved it and would definitely go again!

Host was responsive all the time, she made me and my family feel like home, the place was very clean and accessible, address was clear and she helped me with everything, hope I can visit this place again soon !!

Very cozy space as described on the listing and pretty quiet for being so close to the uni and downtown. Would definitely stay again on my next trip to SLC!

Kurt and Elizabeth were very responsive hosts! They were also very accommodating with flexible check in and out. The condo was clean, had a nice set up, and great location, close enough to Uber to Disney and the ESPN World Wide Sports. The amenities were easy to access and we thoroughly enjoyed our time. Kurt and Elizabeth checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed to feel at home. Great spot, will probably book again next year!

Rachel's place is a very nice place to stay. It was very clean, and the linens provided were a plus! The photos do not do it justice, it is much brighter. Rachel responded very quick. This is one of the nicer places we have stayed in at St. Regis!

We loved our Spring Break stay at Helen and Hannah’s condo. The condo and the complex are beautiful and everyone was very friendly. A lot of retirees were around for the week, but a few families too. Our 15-year old enjoyed it too and we made daily use of the tennis court, pool and grill. The location is very convenient and is a bit away from the main Spring Break area and beach, but we like the peace. Thank you very much and we’ll consider returning again.

Wonderful place to stay at Hilton Head. The beach was walking distance, great restaurants and shops nearby. I would stay here again. 😀😀😀

Absolutely PRISTINE and extremely comfortable! Little thoughtful touches included an amazing gift bag and a detailed, thorough welcome binder chock full of helpful local suggestions and lodging/complex details. Quite obvious that the hosts truly care about providing an enjoyable experience to their guests! We would stay here again if we have the good fortune to visit beautiful Hilton Head Island again!

Primero que todo felicitar a Mary por la excelente atención y trato respetuoso que nos brindó en todo momento, el lugar es realmente hermoso y cerca de restaurantes y supermercados. El acceso a la playa es de 5 minutos caminado, solo cruzar una calle y estás disfrutando de los mejores atardeceres. El lugar es impecable y está provisto con todo lo necesario para una estadía placentera. Sin duda volveríamos a visitarlo!!
