James was good at communicating, and left clear instructions for everything. He also met us on arrival. The bungalow was as per the description and photos (please note that bed 3-twin room has drawer clothes storage but no hanging space). It's clean, light and airy. The bungalow was in a quiet location and yet close to amenities and a short walk to the beach. We had 3 cars between us and were easily able to fit them on the driveway. We would happily return!" We had the most amazing stay at Eileen's property, Eileen was so kind and so accommodating to us and for that we are grateful, Myself and my children had a great time celebrating New Year's eve, so much to do they didn't want to come home! Thank you for all the added extras and for allowing us to make such special memories xx

Would highly recommend this property Lou and Graham were always very responsive throughout the whole process and took the trouble to make several local eatery recommendations. The flat was really lovely, clean and so well equipped with everything you could possibly need during your stay. Great location to explore the island and would definitely stay here again if we were to revisit.

We had a wonderful stay here, we felt very welcome and after a stressful journey Jo was so kind and got the bungalow ready for us as quickly as possible so we could check in early. It’s such a lovely space, very cozy and well equipped. The views are beautiful and the garden was perfect for the doggies. The beds and pillows are very comfortable, we all slept so well. We had a lovely breakfast basket, treats for the doggies and Jo left me a card for my birthday. It’s a great location to explore, we would highly recommended staying here.

Great location in the centre of Yarmouth. You could walk anywhere in the town. The Digital Parking Permit was a godsend and in late September, we had no problem finding a bay pretty close to the property - not sure this is the case throughout the year. Very comfotable property and a most enjoyable stay.

We booked this for 3 nights for a last minute break in the Easter Holidays. It was a lovely space for a family of 4 with everything we needed. The holiday park itself is very clean with plenty to do. You will need to pay for a pass to use the facilities (including the restaurant) which worked out £100 for a family of 4. The indoor swimming pool got very busy, however, I think this was because the outdoor pool wasn't open yet and it was a bit chilly for the beach - so I imagine that during the summer people spread out a bit more! We booked the The Beachcomber restaurant for our first evening. The food was ok but it was a fun place to eat as a little robot brings your food over. Overall, we had a lovely break and we would probably return in the future.

Absolutely lovely place to stay, beautiful view of the sea, really great host who showed us around and responded to any questions we had super quick. We had an absolutely lovely stay in a wonderful place!

Backing onto the beach so we could hear the waves breaking. A bathroom for each bedroom, with bright white towels. Wonderful hot tub at the back....best at night with the lights. Flexible sleeping with 2 sofa beds and spare bedding. Fully equipped kitchen with huge fridge freezer and air fryer. Jude was very responsive to our questions.
