You could park your boat in the yard at night, and be at the lake in the morning less than 5 minutes from leaving the yard. This is a quiet peaceful neighborhood 11 miles from Nacogdoches, and 6 miles to the blinking light in Douglass.

The driveway is a good place to practice pickleball (a net, paddles, and balls are available.) A pond is on the property for catch and release. The home is an easy 20 minute drive from Nacogdoches. Our secluded house by the lake is two bedroom (one master with a king-size and a 2nd bedroom with 4 kid bunk beds, room to sleep on the couch, too), two bath, kitchen, washer, dryer, games, gas fire pit, decks, dock, tall trees, and tranquility. Near the south end of the lake and it is shallow. Great fishing. Not too far to FIFA WC matches (2:15 to AT&T and 3:00 to NRG).

Cozy little guesthouse in the heart of the Pineywoods. Close to the Footbridge, and Texas State Railroad. Its in town but it doesnt feel like it. It has a bathroom with a shower. It has Plates, cups, mugs, and wine glasses. A Keurig coffee maker, microwave and small refrigerator. One queen bed and a twin daybed. Extra bedding and towels provided along with a heater and ac unit. The queen bed is soft and very comfortable.
