I your Host and owner will be there to greet you and also will be present during your stay, but you will have total privacy and all the comforts you need during your stay (TWO GUEST MAXIMUM) ... Walking Distance to Tompkins Square Park, Mass Transit (L Train), Citi Bike Station, Trendy Restaurants & Bars. [Two guests maximum], no infants or kids under 12.)

Centrally located in Williamsburg, and with a private bathroom for guests, around the corner from Whole Foods, Equinox and the Apple store, steps from the water, and between the JMZ and L trains for quick service to Manhattan, this is the ideal location from which to experience New York City! The neighborhood has an endless supply of restaurants, bars, vintage shops and art studios all within walking distance, but is calm and safe enough to feel like home.

The location is fantastic -- heart of Williamsburg, 2 blocks from the waterfront, right near loads of parks; 5 minute walk to Bedford L train (1 stop from Manhattan), 10 minute walk to G train. On a quiet block (by NYC standards!) but surrounded by all the nightlife you could want: restaurants, bars, concert venues, clubs.

It has a large living room and 2 bathrooms, providing plenty of space, small workstations, good energy, plants, and light. There are no places like this in the area! Additionally, there's a big table with 6 chairs in the living room, a kitchen, a comfy couch, a projector, and everything else you may need to feel good!

Located in the East Village, our private guest suite located within our apartment, has tons of light and a true city feel. The 135 sq.ft. space is newly renovated and has a modern full bathroom. Enjoy a Nespresso Vertuo coffee maker, tea kettle, mini-fridge stocked with complimentary snacks, yogurt, milk, and granola (no stove/microwave). Close to major subway lines and Citi Bike stations! 4th floor walk-up.

Most people come here for Shabba the Cat 🐾, but I’ll be your host, Maia! I live in a 2-bedroom condo in the heart of the East Village and offer a cozy and small, private bedroom in my apartment. The space is comfortable, homey, and full of character. I can’t wait to host you—mi casa es tu casa! ✨ Please note: Shabba is very much part of the household. If you don’t love cats, this may not be the right fit.

Cozy room in a big apartment in a historic neighborhood! Clinton Hill has a real neighborhood feel. It's relaxed, charming and feels like home immediately. Its a vibrant, diverse place that has so much to do without a lot of hyper activity. I have a friendly cat named Digi that lives in the apartment as well.
