Larry was extremely helpful, picking us up and showing us around town with great suggestions. Place was nice in a good location near town.

if you have pets this is the place for you. nice big back yard, no dog neighbors. very nice amenities with extra. did I mentioned Star wars! I'm a huge fan! Just an overall great stay with my family and dogs. I would stay here again in a heart beat.

The studio is cozy and comfortable. Location is fabulous—walkable to downtown, Totem Park, harbor, public library, grocery store—and quiet. Bed is comfy, kitchen fine for breakfast and limited cooking, shower is great, and washer/dryer a plus for our extended stay. I definitely recommend and would happily stay here again. Hosts provided clear instructions and arrival/departure was a cinch. Hosts are very responsive! Thank you!

We were in much need of some rest and relaxing, so we did stay indoors quite a bit, the surroundings gave us the peace needed to do that. When we did venture out for some shopping it was very easy to get downtown. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Very comfortable layout. Everything worked as described. Only suggestion would be to have a water kettle for tea or oatmeal.

We had a very comfortable and relaxing stay! We were in town for medical training so we needed someplace stress free and comfortable. I am picky on what neighborhoods I stay at in Anchorage, this is a very safe area for the north part of town and great access to the airport, Minnesota Highway, and Earthquake park with paved trails.

Stayed here March 2025 with my parents and Anna’s place was the perfect location for our needs! It was easy to get to, close to town but also far away enough to see the northern lights right from the driveway! Saw them almost every night of our stay with one strong show that was truly magnificent. Anna’s hospitality was also on point. After a long day of travel, arrived to find snacks waiting and other super nice amenities that added just that extra touch. And her response time to messages was superb. I do want to mention though, the faucet water smelled and tasted a bit like metal. It wasn’t discolored or anything so felt safe enough and I also read somewhere that that is a common issue in that area. We just bought some jugs of water from the store around the corner for drinking which was no big deal. Would definitely stay at this location again-especially when trying to comfortably chase the auroras! :)

This was hands-down the cleanest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in! The home is in a peaceful, quiet, and calm neighborhood—I felt completely safe the entire time, which is especially important as a solo female traveler. While I heard a few airplanes now and then, it wasn’t bothersome at all, and the hosts thoughtfully provided earplugs just in case. The shower was fantastic, with incredibly soft towels and amazing amenities—everything felt like an extra special touch, from the snacks and bottled water to the extra toiletries the bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable. I briefly met John, who was super friendly and welcoming. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a serene and thoughtful place to stay.

My kids and I had an amazing stay! Colin was kind enough to let us check-in early and provided great local recommendations. The home was pristine and looked just like the pictures. I highly recommend Colin’s place and we hope to stay here again.

Second stay at Gary’s place. It’s a well stocked apartment with lots of the little things that add up to a great stay…good kitchen tools, essentials in the fridge/pantry, coffee, tea, comfy blankets, lamps to avoid overhead lighting. The neighborhood is so nice too great for walking yet very accessible to downtown restaurants/activities. Only thing is that I wish there was a queen bed in the bedroom instead of a double, but it’s a small bedroom and it works.

Staying here was great! I’ve stayed here before while I was in Alaska for work and I knew for sure that I wanted to stay again. The space was amazing and cozy and the hosts are so kind and responsive! Would definitely recommend again and again.

Perfection from start to end! We arrived on an 11pm flight, Brett responded within a minute to meet us and provide the keys and instructions. He shared great recommendations of things to do and see, made us feel completely welcome, and the space was everything we needed and hoped for! Our first morning we walked down to the back deck and heard bald eagles calling, the hot tub was well kept and piping hot, the bed was comfortable and the room had everything we needed, including coffee and a sweet welcome basket. I cannot say enough good things about our experience here, I wholeheartedly recommend staying at the peaceful inlet sanctuary!

Rachel was such an awesome, accommodating, and responsive host. Super friendly. This was the perfect get away for the weekend. Thank you for some needed peace and quiet with nature! Will definitely be coming this summer.

Beautiful place! Very peaceful and relaxing. Not many places provide a private hot tub either, especially with such a great view!

This studio apartment was everything we needed and more. We sat outside on a couple of warm afternoons, and the neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. Jana's communication before the rental was particularly helpful. No issues with anything.

Had a great stay! Lovely to use the hot tub after a day at Eaglecrest Mountain.

We had a great time and loved the space. We saw a moose nearly every day just a few hundred yards west of the property.
