De communicatie verliep goed, de host reageerde supersnel op vragen etc. De locatie is top en op loop afstand van het centrum en het strand. Supermarkt is beneden het appartement. Het appartement is super schoon en het heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Zelf aan de allerkleinste is er aan gedacht… Het appartement heeft een luxe uitstraling en het is waar voor je geld. Wij voelden ons verder lekker thuis. Bedankt voor het vertrouwen in ons en tot een volgende keer.

If you are planning to stay in this district of Avsallar, this place is one of the best. In conclusion, for me, seaside or Avsallar center accommodations are either too pricey or moderately conditioned and not well-maintained. This district is new and clean but requires a car for convenience.

Sehr schöne und vor allem saubere Unterkunft in bester Lage, fast direkt am Meer. Genau wie auf den Bildern abgebildet. Der Vermieter ist sehr unkompliziert, freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Wir bedanken uns für die tolle Zeit!

The apartment is in a private building, not other tourists there - and there is peace and quiet. It seems like the other residents are just Turkish people living there. It is situated with a view to the water (you have to look to the side on the balcony, though.) Close to the main street, but 100 meters up a quiet street. Close to everything you need - supermarket, good restaurants (try Casper steak house 150 meters away!!), etc. Everything is looking like new, and decorated simple and with taste. The bed is okay, new appliances. Everything you need, and basic stuff like salt, pasta, coffee was already there when I arrived. Orhan was a good host. Very flexible with check in and check out. Plus for that.++ I know this almost sounds like an advertisement, but really can’t find anything bad to say about the apartment -I had a very good stay. I certainly will come back. Thank you Orhan!

Очень красивое место! Все новое! Уютно, есть классный бассейн и для малышей, и для взрослых. В каждой комнате кондиционер. Наши апартаменты находились на первом этаже, с нашего балкона мы могли сразу выйти к бассейну. Это очень удобно, особенно с детьми!!! Erhan пошел навстречу, мы заселились раньше положенного времени. Теперь мы знаем еще одно прекрасное место в Алании. Спасибо большое, Erhan! Рекомендую!

Всем привет! Находились в отпуске с мужем 10 дней в Махмутляре нам все очень понравилось.Квартира большая ,современная ,с большим балконом и с видом на горы что было для меня важным.Хозяйка отзывалась сразу ,если были вопросы.Закрытый комплекс с большим красивым чистым двором и с огромным бассейном.В доме было тихо.Все магазины внизу и до моря 7 мин пешком.Будем рады еще раз приехать!!!

Hei! Ystävällinen majoittaja. Heti vasta viesteihin. Saapuminen meillä oli kesällä yötä sisäänkirjautuminen oli todella hyvin kerrottu etukäteen sekä muut ohjeet esim. vesi, sähkö ja netti. Asunto oli siisti ja kaikki tarvittavat asumista varten oli valmiina. Kaupat, tori, ravintolat ja ranta ovat tosi lähellä.

Camila, a very responsive host, helped with all questions and gave recommendations for leisure activities. We were vacationing as a family with a small child and working remotely, so the two-story apartment was a salvation - everyone had enough space and privacy. The apartment had everything we needed and was in excellent condition. From the balcony is a very beautiful view of the fortress.

Excellent emplacement. Quartier avec de nombreux restaurants et un centre commercial + food court à proximité et en même temps calme. Air de jeux pour les enfants, et piscine avec des toboggans faisant partie de la résidence. Appartement propre et décoré avec goût + ce qu'il faut comme ustensiles. Hôte très réactive par message.

Удобное расположение, до пляжа 5 минут Магазины под рукой Хозяин лучший - сразу чат с несколькими людьми создается, поэтому можно писать 24\7, без ответа не останешься. Сам комплекс очень новый, комфортный Единственное, это кафе с живой музыкой напротив, слышно будет всегда музыку по средам, пятницам и выходным, но обычно через день уже привыкаешь и не замечаешь этого Но зато классное кафе есть прямо напротив дома, тоже можете заглянуть если проголодались, довольно приятные ценники

We had a wonderful time at this place. The apartment was clean, cozy and well-equipped, making us feel right at home. Communication with Camilla was outstanding - she is a warm and helpful host. We highly recommend this place and would gladly come back!

Jättefin och stor lägenhet med allt man önskar sig. Bra läge, bra utsikt och underbar värd. Hooshang är fantastisk man och bryr sig verkligen om dig och din vistelse. 10 av 10 till Hooshang.

Very nice place to stay, there are everything in the appartment you need for longer stay. Very calm and quiet, amaizing swimming pool, everything is clean, good location, close to supermarket, 5 min to the main street. Very recomended, will be back next year.
