Had a blast at the springs staying here! Lisa was great, even left some treats for my pup <3 Very responsive and accommodating. Definitely will be staying here again for our future springs trip.

Great spot not far from the University of Florida. We stayed the weekend for our daughter’s graduation and it was perfect. Great communication from the host. We would definitely book again.

Great place to stay for a sports tournament. Conveniently located and had everything we needed for our stay. Can't think of anything that we were lacking. Much better stay than any of the hotels in the area.

Enjoyed my week in Melrose. Lots to do in the area. Watching the hosts’ dog play fetch was hilarious. Would love to stay here and enjoy the quiet of the little bay on the lake. Soothing night sounds of birds and frogs on starry nights.

We loved staying here! It was the perfect location to be close to downtown High Springs and is a straight shot to all of the springs (Poe, Gilchrist and Ginnie) we wanted to visit. Being right on the river was so relaxing, and we had so much fun playing ping pong, cornhole and darts with our teenagers. We built a fire with wood purchased right off the main road and made s'mores too. The house was very well-appointed and we appreciated having plenty of towels, kitchen items (including spices and other essentials we usually have to bring or buy). The beds were comfortable and the a/c worked great, which I always appreciate. Will absolutely stay again!

This was probably one of my favorite stays in a very long time. It's cozy and has absolutely serene surroundings. This is definitely for anyone who loves nature. We hope to stay many more times. Julie and her family are absolutely wonderful. We recommend this place 10 out of 10!

Sweetwater Studio is an absolutely beautiful place to stay. From the views of the horse training fields and the gorgeous landscapes, to the quiet, peaceful environment, this studio apartment couldn't be any nicer. I've stayed in many different places, and this is one of the nicest Airbnbs I have ever rented. The studio apartment is on the second floor of a two-apartment building on a large piece of land. The first-floor apartment is also lovely, with one bedroom, a living and kitchen area, and a spacious bathroom. It's very private and calm, and you feel like you're truly in the countryside. The hosts are wonderful, responsive, kind, and friendly. I couldn't have had a better experience!

We had a such an amazing stay . The house was actually prettier than the pictures, which never happens . Stephanie the host was so accommodating and truly added to our stay . We came for a college graduation but I will now be coming back again just for a relaxing weekend !!!!
