The Springs House was perfect for us! It was comfortable, clean and exactly as described. We were in town for our daughter's college graduation at UF. It was about a 30 minute drive to campus, but easy and worked great for us. We spent a morning at Ginnie Springs which was awesome! It was very close too! We'd love to come back and spend more time exploring downtown High Springs and more of the numerous springs in the area! We would definitely stay at The Springs House again. Thank you for a great stay!

Very close to the track if you’re coming for BMX! We had a slight issue with some pricing but the host and Air B and B got it fixed. Clean and easy check in!

We believe booked The Pink Palace for our family for UF’s graduation weekend. We were a family of 5 and were very comfortable. Home was clean and maintained, enjoyed the back patio and great beds! Kitchen was well equipped. Carolyn was a great host and responded quickly to any request. I recommend this home for a comfortable convenient stay.

Amazing little farm space. The house borders an actual farm flanked by two neighbors but looking out the backyard it is pure Americana. My kids loved the experience and the house comes with so many games including a basketball court that there is no limit to what you can do. Our little dog was so happy. We topped off the night with some bbq in the grill there and i set up a fire in the pit and we told stories. Just an awesome set of days they will always remember.

Myself and three friends were there for one night. Yenni was clear on check-in instructions and the place was exactly as listed. It was very close to any and everything in Gainesville! Thank you for your hospitality!

We were there for the winter so we basically moved in. We felt right at home and Jarred and Lisa got right back to us with answers to our questions or help with whatever we needed. There is plenty of room with 4 bedrooms and a nice big fenced in backyard. The house is located very close to UF campus so if your goal is to see a Gators game you couldn’t be in a better spot. I went to Gainesville Health and Fitness daily and although it’s 15 or so minutes away, it was an easy drive and convenient. We also needed easy access to the Gainesville Airport and it was perfect being only a couple miles away. There are plenty of local gems to visit like the UF bay houses, Devils Millhopper and La Chua Trail to name a few. Thanks Jarred and Lisa for being attentive and gracious hosts. Terrific cottage!! We were comfortable and had everything we needed, additionally it was so convenient to UF.

Ludivine’s place was exactly what I needed for my stay during my graduation weekend. Her place is really cute and has two bedrooms and two bathrooms which came in handy when traveling with two other guests! The apartment was only 10 mins away from the University of Florida and was in a great location. Lots of food and shopping in a close proximity. The unit itself was very cute, clean, and even had games to play! There is a full kitchen and coffee maker, with coffee. Also a washer and dryer if you need to do laundry! Ludivine was very responsive and even let us know the apartment was ready for early check in. Would absolutely recommend if anyone needs a place to stay in Gainesville!

Fantastic place! Vintage charm! The place was much larger than we expected and we felt right at home. You really can't be closer to downtown nightlife and be in a quiet neighborhood at the same time. Safe, clean, private, and super comfortable. Would LOVE to stay here again. Don't pass this one up.

Norma & Mike made my trip stress-free and gave me so much time to just focus on what mattered most while I was in town.

We were in Gainesville for work and couldn't have chosen a better place to stay. It felt like a true home away from home, providing a comfortable and peaceful environment that allowed us to fully relax after long hours. The quiet atmosphere was a huge plus. We can't say enough good things and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Gainesville, especially for work.

The place was beautiful and clean! They had extra towels and linens, and lots of utensils and cooking ware! Mustafa was friendly and responsive!

We loved this place! It was very loud at night (all night), but that might just be a Gainesville thing. Overall, the place is clean and beautiful. the bed is also bery comfortable. Came to see our daughter and will for sure stay there again.

This is a nice condo in a very quiet and peaceful area. Several restaurants and a coffee shop within walking distance. Other restaurants within a short drive. Grocery stores nearby as well. We attended UF graduation and although this condo was a few miles longer drive than something closer to campus, it is well worth it. Haile Village is a nice area in Gainesville. We highly recommend renting this condo.

The home was close to everything we needed to get to while in town and provided everything we needed.

Great place to stay and a lot of things to do in the area, as well as the host being very flexible and communicative.

We couldn’t have asked for a better stay.. Cynthia was amazing and made sure that we were well taken care of. Check in was easy and the apartment had everything we needed to make our visit comfortable and welcoming. The next time we visit the area, we’ll definitely look to see if this place is available before looking for any other place to stay.

This was a nice little spot! The laminate wood flooring throughout gave the unit a really nice feel, and everything was spotlessly clean upon arrival. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touch of having easily accessible charging plugs right next to the bed – so convenient! The water pressure in the shower was also great. Beyond the practicalities, the inside was quite stylish. It offered a comfortable amount of space for one person or a couple. The location was great for my needs, offering easy access to Gainesville while being just on the outskirts of the University of Florida. I'd definitely recommend this Airbnb!

Great condo and location. Best stay we’ve experienced in Haile Village. Small problem with air conditioning upon check-in; contacted Jessica and fixed immediately. Thanks so much for the stay-would rent again while visiting Gainesville.
