Great apartment to stay!

Clean and big apartment. Youssef is very good with communication and explained everything with a detailed pdf for a smooth experience and tried to help me as much as possible. There were a bunch of different snacks waiting when we checked in - such a thoughtful and good surprise to see that in Cairo.

Mr Mohammed was a very nice man he helped me with a uber when I arrived because I didn’t have a sim card and always asked me if I need something a friendly person and a nice place to stay

It was a pleasure dealing with Dr Mohammed. More than the place, we had a great experience with him as a host and the manager. Definitely recommend for a family friendly environment.

سعدت بالتواصل مع أ يوسف و أ جون على واستمعتت فعلاً بالسكن في المنزل وسأعيد تكرار ذلك وحتى عند خروجي من البيت اخبرتهم بأنني قمت بنظافته وردوا علي بالشكر وبأنه ماكان ينبغي ان اتعب نفسي وأقوم بنظافته حيث يوجد انهم لديهم شخص مسؤول عن نظافته . شكرا شكرا شكرا

The apartment was in a great location in Madinaty. We were a family of 5 and we were very comfortable. The apartment is larger some of the other apartments we have seen in Madinaty. The furnishings were tasteful and very functional - it was very cosy and even had a little worskpace area which came in very handy for us. There is a mosque and small grocery store a short walk away. We never had issues with deliveries or ubers finding the place. We really enjoyed sitting on the large balcony and because the apartment is on the 6th floor, we had a lovely unobstructed view. Samar was kind enough to arrange a cleaner which was wonderful and the cleaning lady was thorough and very friendly. Samar always responded to our questions promptly and was very courteous. We highly recommend this property.

Very nice apartment. Extremely spacious, great value for money, and clean. Kareem was always available if I had issues, and went the extra mile to make me feel welcome. Uber was readily available within a few minutes at any hour of the day. There is a small supermarket just across the street that was open late. The only small drawbacks were that the apartment does not have many restaurants nearby and is rather far from any public transport (~25mins walk to nearest metro). It is also a little bit dated, though Kareem mentioned he plans to do some renovations that will surely make it nicer in this regard. Overall would stay again

I booked this property for my parents while they were travelling around Cairo, and the experience was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The host was incredibly warm, welcoming, and helpful—she went above and beyond to make us feel at home. When they arrived, she personally greeted them and showed them up to the apartment, even though she didn’t have to. She was friendly, social, and even invited them for a drink, which was so lovely. The apartment itself was exactly as described—clean, tidy, spacious, and beautifully maintained. It was fully equipped with everything my parents needed, from a well-stocked kitchen to a comfortable dining and living space. They couldn’t have asked for a better stay, and I’d absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting Cairo. I’ll definitely be booking again next time I’m in Cairo!
