Дом расположен в огороженном коттеджном городке, крупные супермаркеты в доступности 5 минут пешком, на территории есть свой небольшой магазин. Снаружи дома доступна барбекю зона. Отдельно стоит отметить что в июле были перебои с водоснабжением в районе 16,00-18,00, не критично если знать когда это происходит.

I could not ask for any more from a host, Thodoris was so passionate about his job, adaptable, friendly and caring. Kalymnos, for me, is an utterly beautiful island. To stay in this property felt like luxury to go with it. As soon as the door is closed you feel like you’re in your own little world. It couldn’t be cleaner and fresher. The view from the 2 balconies was stunning and I cannot wait to go back. Thodoris will go out of his way to ensure a relaxing stay with anything and everything you need. Bodrum’da konaklamaya karar verirseniz tam olarak doğru adrestesiniz. Nihan hanım misafirperverliği, pırıl pırıl evi ile ihtiyacınız olan bütün sorunları önceden öngörerek muhteşem bir deneyim yaşamamızı sağladı. Evin konumunun merkeziliği öte yandan merkezi konuma rağmen izole olması bizi çok memnun etti. Çok güzel bir aile tatili yapabildik. Her türlü ihtiyaç en ince ayrıntısına kadar düşünülmüştü, denize yürüme mesafesindeydi, havuz keyfi yapabilmek de ekstra eğlenceliydi, yemyeşil bir bahçe kuş sesleri özenle dizayn edilmiş bir ev. Nihan hanıma çok teşekkür ediyor, Turgutreis’e gelenler için bu güzel konaklama imkanını kaçırmamalarını öneriyorum.

Super nice contact, cool appartement with an awesome view over city and countryside. The large terrace and a grill round up a place I can highly recommend.

We stayed with 9 People in Niki’s House, the space was great but the placement of the beds in the living room is not ideal but manageable. :) Niki was super nice and helpful with everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay in the house and the Pool.

Heerlijk huis aan de rand van een gezellig dorpspleintje. Parkeren kan dichtbij om de hoek. Ontbijten kan dichtbij bij een fijn koffietentje. Lunch/dineren bij de gebroeders Drosos. De supermarkt een bakker. Alles gelegen aan het pleintje. Een bezoek aan oud Pyli vonden wij het mooiste van onze reis naar Kos. En wij zagen veel. Zelfs de tieners vonden Pyli leuker dan Kos stad.

Soula was a great host, from start to finish communication was great, and was there to meet us, even though we landed late in the evening. The welcome basket, water and fruit juice was a nice touch. The house was excellent and just as the pictures described. The pool and sun beds was a great option on those days we did not want to venture out. It’s worth noting especially if your considering if to hire a car or not, Kardemina central is 4 mins by car but a good 50 mins walk. Even to the closest beach bar is 30 mins walk. There is a wonderful bakery in the centre. The largest chocolate croissants you have ever seen, Avli is a great centrally located restaurant. Our best find was a local butcher a few streets back from the central area. Words cannot describe the Angus beef and lamb we bought. If you want privacy whilst also being close to numerous amenities this is the one for you. Being 10 mins from the airport is also a bonus, as was the last day melon and eggs from Soula

De villa was prachtig gelegen in een mooie omgeving . Het huis was van alle gemakken voorzien . Contactpersoon Kallia was altijd beschikbaar voor vragen en had goede tips mbt de omgeving . Kortom zeer de moeite waard om in deze villa te verblijven.

I organised this trip for a group of 9 on a stag do. Sait was brilliant from start to finish. He organised transfers for the whole trip including to and from the airport and was very quick at responding for any questions I had. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Sait as a host. 5 stars!!!

Beautiful villa the owners were fantastic they went above and beyond my dad forgot his medication and they went out of the way to get him an alternative and drop it off for him. They were fantastic from start to finish. Next time I will book direct with them.

We had the most amazing time here! The view is absolutely stunning, we spent so much more time at the house than we initially thought. Inoula was very communicative and had a solution for everything. I cannot imagine a more perfect place to spend a trip away!

The house was very nice, modern and new. The house is in very good condition, with wonderful pool and view. It is located in the golf club a little outside, but very easy to reach, with supermarket and restaurant. All three bedrooms have a own bathroom. The beach club is about 5 km from the house. It has wonderful water and is very empty. You have the feeling that you have the beach all to yourself. We have spent a wonderful week in Can house. He is very helpful and answered quickly to every question. We will definitely come back. Thank you for a wonderful time.

Sevgul was an excellent host, her place is really nice. It is well thought out for stay for a few days. As we were checking in late, she arranged water and coffee for us which was very kind of her. She was always responsive and the place was very clean. Thank you for the stay. Definitely recommend this spot if you’re with a group of friends.

Nice Villa with two apartments at different floors. The communication with Ali was great and he’s a nice guy. We only had a minor issue with one of the showers’ drain, for the rest it was a nice staying.

We come to Turgutries every year for peace and relaxation, that is exactly what you get here at Mustafa’s Villa. He was extremely friendly and helpful, he greeted us with his family and showed us around the villa. The villa is very private and peaceful. The pool is great and there is plenty of space here. The villa is exactly like the photos. You can reach the main bar street on foot with beautiful seafront views. A taxi back on an evening was only £3. The home is beautiful, perfect for a quiet relaxing holiday. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. Mustafa’s wife & mother baked us the most delicious cake which was very kind. We look forward to staying here again soon.

Superbe semaine passée sur l’île de Kos grâce aux précieux conseils notre hôte Serge qui nous a accueilli très chaleureusement. Son amour pour l’île de Kos est contagieux et grâce à lui, nous avons vécu une expérience authentique et inoubliable. La villa est idéalement située et dispose de nombreuses prestations très bien entretenues.

Ahmet ist der hilfsbereiteste Vermieter, den ich bisher kennengelernt habe! Wir waren zu 7t (2 Familien) in Ahmets Haus- mit der schönsten Aussicht auf Bodrum! Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt, der Pool & die Terasse ein Ort sowohl zum Spaß haben als auch zum entspannen! Wir haben uns mit Ahmets Unterstützung einen Mietwagen geholt (Parkplatz am Haus) und waren täglich auf Stranderkundungstour, bevor es abends auf Stadterkundungstour ging noch etwaige Stunden am Pool! Das Haus hat das separate Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad, ebenerdig zum Pool/Terrasse, ebenso im Haupthaus eine Toilette, im ersten Stock 3 Schlafzimmer mit wunderbarer Aussicht und 2 Bäder! Die Küche ist sehr geräumig! Die Terrasse bietet Schattenplätze! Also wenn Bodrum, dann bei Ahmet und Valerie- ein zuvorkommendes und sehr sehr höfliches Vermieterpaar! Absolut empfehlenswert als Rückzugs- und Genusspunkt und Bodrum ist diese Haus!
