Our sun-drenched apartments exude calm and coziness. We equipped the holiday apartments with furniture made from our own stone pine forest. It beckons you to relax and unwind. Eigentumswohnung im Herzen Südtirols. Direkte Lage am Radweg und 2 Minuten fußläufig zum Bahnhof. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine große Sonnenterrasse mit Garten, hochwertige Küche und ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer. Es handelt sich um ein Klimahaus A. Zur Wohnung gehört ein kostenloser Tiefgaragenstellplatz. Vor dem Haus befindet sich eine Kneipp-Anlage mit kostenlosen Fitnessgeräten. Für unsere Wohnung fällt die Ortstaxe von 1,50 Euro pro Person / Nacht an. Diese wird wie üblich vor Ort bezahlt.

Stunning view on the mountains of the Dolomites, Val Isarco and Val Pusteria and an optimal starting point for hiking and walking. Price for 2 people/day; for every additional person there will be an extra charge. The tourist tax (2.10 euros/person <14 years/night) will be collected upon arrival.

Este alojamiento de 50 m² consta de sala de estar con sofá cama para una persona, cocina totalmente equipada, 1 dormitorio y 1 baño, y tiene capacidad para 3 personas. El Wi-Fi de alta velocidad (apto para videollamadas), la televisión y la lavadora forman parte del equipamiento. Además, este apartamento dispone de balcón privado.
